The best place!!! There is everything you need. Laundry washer and dryer inside the room. Tall refrigerator, too!

good location, safe place, room is pretty large and comfortable.

Everything was great except for a barking dog in a room close by, some children running in the halls, and someone pounding on their door to be let in because they forgot their card key, this was not the staffs fault, just people not being respectful of others. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff was friendly. The breakfast food was very good, prepared hot with the cook maintaining the food and keeping it clean. The rooms were very clean and they tidied up the room and cleaned the bathroom and brought in all clean towels and new toiletries. When we next visit Tucson, I will use this hotel again. There was a fitness room that had everything that most people would want, but we were too tired to use it.

Front desk girl was super nice and accommodating. Hotel is nice. Elevator a bit old. If no parking is full in the front, then you go to the back and it seemed a bit sketchy back there

I liked the ease of checking in. The staff who were assisting were very pleasant and courteous. The king suite is really nice; has everything I need until I leave tomorrow morning. Thank you!!

Nice clean hotel. Comfortable beds and bedding. Hot tub was great. Room A/C was not the most efficient so temperature wise, we weren't that comfortable in our room. Great hot breakfast.

The only reason not 5 stars is they had a major key problem and for most of the week we had to have staff let us into the room

This hotel is very nice. The rooms have a good comfortable homelike feel to them. Everything has a classy appearance. The rooms are very clean. The staff are all very friendly. The only issues I had were that I still don't have my deposit back. On my card it appears as a hold. Apparently they don't release the deposits and just wait for it to fall off. I'm going to have to call them and ask them to release it. Otherwise who knows what will happen with that $100. I thought it was $150 as well but I guess it was not, or they kept $50 but if that's the case why is there still a 100 dollar hold? Also the laundry facilities are located in a bad spot , too close to the guests quarters. I washed very late at night and it bothered the guests close by and they complained to the overnight front desk staff, and she then had to mention it to me. In such a pricy place the guests should be able to wash at any hours as everyone has different schedules, but the night sleepers shouldn't have to be disturbed by the noise when trying to sleep. So a better location away from the rooms, maybe by the pool, the dining area, the gym, or anywhere that won't be bothering anyone yet available at all hours. That's the only reasons I gave 4 stars. Otherwise I love it and would prefer to always stay at the Country Inn.

Breakfast was good. Pool was dirty. Kept my ID for some reason while I used the pool. Unacceptable practice in my mind. No restaurant had to go get my own pizza. No delivery room was small wasn’t what I expected.

I was here a very short time before an early morning flight. I appreciated the cookies at check-in and the take-away breakfast, since I left before the 6AM breakfast was ready. Being so close to the airport it's not a "pretty" location, but convenient. My only complaint was the very low toilet and nothing nearby to grab onto- if you've a new knee, request an accessible room.

Is a great hotel in this price range. The parking lot needs a repair job. The room was very clean and all items functioned. The gourmet coffee was excellent.

This was one of my slowest check in ever, plus they did not validate my gold membership privileges I ask them about it and Ty the hotel working said it didn’t show on her screen
