Our stay at the holiday inn for 4 days was super awesome. Firstly the location was amazing, food was really good, I really loved the fruits they served for breakfast. Our special thanks to Luca & Nitalae for their help & support during our stay at Holiday inn

Great hotel that is very conveniently located near the metro and bus stop. Plus all the tours leave daily from near the metro so it was so efficient for us.

Was given a level 1 room facing the main road. It was a little noisy at night due to traffic but still bearable. Breakfast was good. Nice rooms, clean and happy with stay.

The room is clean and equipped with amenities. Near the hotel, there are numerous stores, including a restaurant, grocery, money exchange, and park.

Everything was good . But comparing with others , one staff in the reception desk named Nati (hope it’s her) seems could be more professional and need more training . She doubted my IHG member , and refused to offer more bottle of water to us . It’s hot summer , and our rooms faced the sun, so maybe hotel could concern more about that .

Location is good, right beside a metro station. The walk to Old Town is also not far, takes less than 10 minutes. However, as it is just an "Express", there is no bath robes nor slippers.

Room clean, bed comfortable, location convenient, staff helpful, staff can speak English. Breakfast nice 😊👍,

Very pleased with mattress comfort. Each facility in bathroom sufficient and of reasonable quality. Most happy with helpful staff, friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tbilisi.

The hotel was good clean and nice the location is good as well walkable areas and there is metro station very very close. Only the breakfast is not very much but still was nice and there is no personal items for using on the room you have to call and ask them for it. Overall is a good hotel

A really nice stay at this hotel. The location is good and breakfast was decent too. Nata who was one of the staff here was superb. She was so helpful and always willing to help. She definitely is an asset to this hotel. She has a very polite and approachable manner to her. Nata was a big reason we re-booked our stay at this hotel after we returned back to Tbilisi from Batumi. We have stayed many in Holiday inn locations around Europe and Asia, but me and my girlfriend both felt Nata was one of the most helpful staff members we have met! There was also another young man , I don’t know his man , he was on the night shift. He was also super friendly and helpful. He had big fuzzy hair and was really nice . Overall , a great location with superb staff ( especially the 2 mentioned ) . Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Nothing to say, this was the best hotel in my trip to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, compared with similar price. Though the room that I booked was not so big but it was comfortable and clean. Very easy to reach and just a few minutes, you can go to all city attractions and metro and bus station. Breakfast was great and all staffs were very helpful indeed.
