Very good and find services. Room are big. Breakfast was very old tradition Japanese food

The hotel in general is better than expectation. It has a long history but still maintain an elegance and utmost cleanliness. The view of the lake from the window of our room is perfect. We even watch sunrise in the morning.

We stayed two nights in the hotel with breakfast and dinner. The web page of Trip.com showed that there was onsen in the hotel but when we check in, we were told that it was a "mistake". There is no onsen and the photo is a public onsen half an hours away. It was very disappoining that the Trip.com include photos irrelevant to the hotel. Dinner was also diffferent from the web photo. We have to pay 2500 yen each to upgrade the dinner to shsbu shabu. Breakfast is Japanese style with limited choice. Other than these, we had lake view room and shopping mall is nearby which are the advantages.

The staff of the hotel is nice and kind, and they are willing to help you anytime.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in front of the lake with breathtaking views. The room was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel is very bike-friendly and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this place for a short stay. The Japanese breakfast was good, but it was a little on the boring side. It could benefit from a bit more variety to make it more interesting.

This hotel is very old , all equipments are vintage but that is clean.

酒店距離最近的JR站要15分鐘，需要步行到酒店。Google map上指有巴士能到達，不過似乎是錯誤的指引，因為巴士會去另一個方向。酒店早餐好食 有任食津律及飲品 酒店十分大 望湖景景色十分靚 會想再住

距離車站有一段距離，湖邊安靜，風景很好，早上出去散步很舒服。

飯店感覺的出來有一定的年紀，但環境/設備都維護得很好，很大的窗戶直面琵琶湖，景色非常美麗。 一旁步行2分鐘即可達平價超市，很方便~ 是參觀白鬚神社/琵琶湖的好落腳處~

El hotel es bastante antiguo, tanto las instalaciones como las habitaciones. La vista de la habitación que da al lago es espectacular.

ホテルからの景色も、部屋も綺麗だった。アメニティもしっかりしていた。フロントの方たちも明るい接客でよかった。

冬のスキーシーズンに利用しました。 ロビーやレストランは綺麗ですが、宿泊したツインの部屋は少し古臭く感じました。部屋から琵琶湖の眺めは最高です。 夕食は内容の割に高いと感じました。味も普通です。朝食の釜だきご飯と生*は美味しかったですが、子供の朝食メニューが、ハンバーグ、唐揚げ、ベーコン、ポテトがドーンと盛り付けてあり、朝からは食べる気がしませんでした。 箱館山スキー場へのシャトルバスが朝何便か出ていて、便利そうだなと思いました。私たちはマキノ高原スキー場に行きましたが、ホテルから20分程で行けます。 両方のスキー場に近くて便利だと思いました。

老牌酒店，品質優良。湖旁，窗景無限美好。

鄰近琵琶湖，風景優美，飯店對面就有麥當勞真的很棒，旁邊還有一間很大的超市可以購買，非常喜歡😘
