房間很乾凈，免費停車，早餐還是非常好的，牛奶咖啡水果均有，位置超好，鬧中取靜，就在古城中心，到任何市裡的景點都可以步行

很好的酒店，早餐也挺好，距離核心旅遊景點很近，周邊環境好，熱情友好，非常推薦，薩拉熱窩不錯，值得來。

地理位置極好，前台服務人員很熱情，酒店房間寬敞舒適，是一次性價比極高的體驗，如果下次來薩拉熱窩還會住在這裏。

薩拉熱窩老城區中心位置，四通八達，每天出門玩耍走路即可，拉丁橋、清真寺、購物街、教堂都近在咫尺，酒店早餐也很不錯，餐廳很漂亮，房間提供一次性拖鞋和熱水壺。步行到黃堡十幾分鍾就可以get薩拉熱窩的日落美景了，還可以經過戰爭烈士墓地。

房間大，服務態度好，環境優美，離老城區近，草餐也很豐富

酒店地,點在舊城區，非常方便。大堂員工非常有禮貌。早餐美味，WiFi ok好。值得再來一住。我覺得這酒店不錯。

地理位置不錯，在老城區，距離各個景點都很近，但是酒店的相關設施簡直一言難盡，像是國內五六十塊的旅館，並且牙刷什麼的也沒有，噪音也很大，一開始分配的是一個特別吵的房間，經過協商給換了一個，比之前小了一點點

很舊很老服務一般

I have been to Morocco so when I saw the restaurant, I got exvited for their food. It has a gorgeous indoor 3 story waterfall with a beautiful atmosphere but very bland food. Needs more spice such as adding garlic in the hummus. Babba ganush was nice, bread had no flavour but looked nice.

This hotel is well located in the old quarter Bascarsija. Old Sarajevo Clock Tower and Latin bridge are very nearby. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the locality. Property looks old, with tired furniture, bed and carpets. High time they change the mattresses. As I felt it can hurt my back, I slept on the floor spreading the bed sheets. Room was provided with a TV, mini refrigerator, telephone, locker, free toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer etc. Bathroom is quite small for having a shower. A/c remote was not working. The housekeeping staff attended to it immediately, however, she could not resolve the issue, upon which they allotted another room. Though heating system was seen, it was not working. The housekeeping staff told to turn the a/c heater, but, it was not effective. Breakfast was good with an excellent spread of bread, cheese, sausages, salami, different egg preparations, fruits, cakes, cereals, juice, yogurt, salads, olives, coffee and tea. The restaurant was well decorated and was spacious too. Front office staff and the house keeping staff were very courteous and gave excellent service. Overall, this is a decent place with close proximity to old and new town areas.

Excellent location in the centre of Old Town. Within easy walking distance of shops, bar's and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good WiFi.

Friendly staff. Hotel is in the center of the Baščaršija Center. Very, very good for tourists.

There were roaches in my room. Nothing else mattered to me. Room was spacious. The view from the room was great. Staff was friendly. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good though overcrowded when there were groups. Pool at Europe hotel a bit chilly

Great location. there was no gym though. That was in the neighbouring hotel (Euro) and it was low quality and the wifi in the Hotel Art was not great. Staff were very helpful though. Breakfast was good.
