Vị trí khách sạn tuyệt vời vì có thể thấy Ferris Wheel từ phòng, mình ở tầng 23. phòng rộng thoải mái, nhưng nội thất hơi cũ, không có nhân viên đem hành lí lên phòng giúp. Nhân viên lễ tân nói tiếng anh tốt. Mình quên giờ checkout là 12h nên về trễ nhưng hotel đồng ý dời xuống 14h cho mình. Các món ăn sáng đa dạng. Ghé Thiên Tân có 1 ngày thôi nhưng book được hotel quá ưng ý vì view phòng quá đã. Buổi tối lên đèn còn lung linh hơn nữa nhưng 22h30 thì tắt rồi.

View and location was great, breakfast was good, but the hotel needs some renovation, room rug and light switches felt quite dirty.

The room was okay. The location is perfect.

Room nice and spacious. No street noise, very quiet rest. During my stay, the hotel felt empty, but it made that much more relaxing.

Great location and excellent service. Breakfast is excellent.

A cute room package for family. Good view to see the ferris wheel and room is clean. As now is the winter time, room only has heater and no aircon, so if feel hot, just need to off the heater, it will be good!

Room smell, towels not white, bathroom not have fan dan less airflow

I travel to Tianjin quite often, this was easily the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The staff, the view from my room, the size and quality of the room, everything was amazing!

The weather in Tianjin in beginning of October is not very cold. Still the hotel decided to switch off the Air conditioning system. We had to keep the window open all night and ask for portable cooler. There was construction going on adjoining the hotel. This was very noisy. Also room was facing the east so the sun was shining right into our room from 7am. Then made the room piping hot by 10am. Inspite of complaints to the receptionist, all they could offer in return was a cold drink. Really bad experience at Holiday Inn Riverside at Tianjin.

Very nice hotel, off course it's not a nee hotel ,but my stay there was perfect, very good location, very good stuff. I wish I can stay there more

My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

No frills. Good customer service and great location! I highly recommend!
