Pier is still under construction and you can hear and smell it near the beach.

TTài khoản kháchThis was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks.
The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily.
It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

-using Starbucks drinks ads at the bar - but that is a simple coffee machine coffee with some syrups
-I was several time told that that is not a family hotel with kids entertainment. That is not their focus. But they have disco for kids and other activities but every time entertainment managers tell us they got less then 3 kids for the activity so they can’t have that activity according to the rules, but I see families with kids still coming to the activity area and they got the same answer “Sorry small amount of kids”, so there were many kids in the hotel willing to join any sort of activities. Seems that managers are not willing to have any activities for kids at all. But again they told me that I don’t understand their concept.

Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhОтель хороший, нам дали просторный удобный номер. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный. На пляже с негативом не столкнулись, очень приветливые были. Мы были в будние дни, может с этим связано. В ресторане очень приветливый юный парень, не помню имени. В последний день не было уборки, просто поставили бумагу с полотенцами, было не очень приятно, так как после моря в номере пол за два дня пачкается. В целом отелем остались довольны.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel located in nice location, but they had few small problems. 1) they didn’t had disposable toothbrushes, that’s a big disappointment 4 star hotel. 2) they don’t give water everyday. 3) the rooms a bit small and a bit loud at night. 4) the menu they should add english to it, because it’s a bit annoying to translate all the time.
The only good thing is the beach is very nice.
