Match the price, excellent location particularly for working travellers. Walking distance to offices and Marriott group hotels. They offer early check in but the queen bed room I requested was not available. Double beds room was quite narrow so can’t sit the chair properly. Cleanliness is average. Sad thing is hairdryer is not available.

It's perfectly fine, but that's about it. We wanted a double bed, but got two singles. The wifi was unavailable for much of the first night, and only one of the two elevators ever seemed to be working. If you need to be best the embassy, as I was, then it's perfectly acceptable. It's at least 45 minutes from downtown, though. Oh, and for same daft reason, Grab doesn't like picking you up from the hotel (you'll have to specify the Bellagio next door, which I dare say could be a better option!)

Every thing OK, only the WiFi connection is really really bad. I got below 1Mbps only for the Upload and Download😫

This hotel can not provide early check in. And I just drop my bag earlier morning and request to drop my bag at the room. since I will go to work and will stay at hotel only night time. However I have 2 times experience my bag stay at receptionist and they not send to my room. So far I need to stay this hotel since near with my office and very convenient for the location. HOWEVER their service was bad.

Over all the service was good , staff helpfull . Need more maintain lift. Elevator service , sometimes bumpy

Tiny hotel tucked in the vibrant commercial neighbourhood of Kuningan where the Ritz Carlton is nearby. Breakfast choice was pathetic. They are understaffed and clearing of used table was a long wait. Bed was comfortable and quiet. Wifi was OK.

My wife stayed at this hotel. She was disappointed as the shower didn’t work properly so showering was poor. On top of that she was looking forward to a great breakfast and was very disappointed in what was actually offered. She is Indonesian herself and she said it was poor even on there standards. We know it’s a cheap hotel and you pay for what you get however you expect basic things to be operating and some decent food on offer for breakfast. Her comment was the room was small the only positive thing was the staff was friendly. She wouldn’t stay at that hotel again. Disappointing!

Wifi was working poorly, the bedsheet was dirty and air conditioner is noisy. The rest is good.

All staff are very supportive, they kept my luggage for 4 days. Will stay again if i visited the place again

It is an old hotel in the midst of prime Mega Kuningan Jakarta

Staffs were friendly and check-in process was smooth. Room was clean. Hotel is located near World Capital Tower and embassy offices, walking distance. Limited car parking space, but parking staff was very helpful. Highly recommended to stay for those who visiting embassy offices.

Clean and knit, good price high quality. Probably gonna stay there again

Value for money, near bussiness and shopping area.

Overall great price but rooms a bit limited. Location quite at the central of Mega Kuningan.
