The location is good. The service is rather bad. I came to the room only to find the body and hand lotion run out. When I wanted to take my shower, only to find the shampoo is empty. Such poor service and attention to the refill items. The housekeeper didn’t seems interested

Great location which is walking distance from the Big Ben tower. Our views are opposite a school campus but that’s alright. Nearby amenities are alright with ily cafe, walkable underground (5-10 minutes)  Only bad is the water temperature of the toilet is quite hard to control and toilets door are not sealed properly where when you took a shower, toilet would be wet. And toilet amenities are only given upon request.

The hotel was amazing! Spacious, modern, clean and bright! Located just a minute away from ALL the touristy things- London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham Palace and the Thames River. Would highly recommend and would suggest book directly with hotel.

I stayed at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge for 2 nights. I booked and pre-paid for everything on Trip.com. At check-in, I was told the upgrade to a Studio would cost £50/night, hence, £100 for the two nights. I agreed to the upgrade and paid for the £100 at check-in. At check-out, my card was charged an additional £100. The staff told me the upgrade was £100/night, £200 for two nights. He gave me an invoice. I immediately disputed the extra £100 charge, as that wasn't what I was told and agreed to at check-in. He got another colleague to look at the system, and she confirmed I should not have been charged the extra £100. (The price difference between the room type I booked and the upgrade on the dates of my stay was only £43/night), so charging £50/night for the upgrade makes total sense.) The front desk staff told me I would be refunded the £100 immediately and they will email me a new invoice with the correct prices. Over 2 weeks have passed, I have not seen a reversal or a refund to my card, and I have not been sent a new invoice. Worst of all, I kept calling up the hotel and they said there's nothing they can do and told me to email the Admin team. I emailed the admin team a number of times and had no response, not even an automated email receipt. This is simply appalling.

Booked a one bedroom suite with Big Ben view for 5 nights, I expected a stunning view but came out to be a street view because I was arranged the lowest floor. My room was next to the executive lounge, I was being awaken up at 8am every morning because of the noise. Room was dusty, and I found hair on the telephone when I enter the room. The bottles of body wash, shampoo and hand wash were empty since I checked in. Complained to guest services and front desk for several times but they were still not refilled! They only delivered me few small bottles (30ml) for temporary use, but they were used up in one to two days since we have three people staying in the hotel. I have to ask body wash, shampoo and hand wash almost everyday! Requested makeup room, but the bed was not arranged neatly. Not only single incident, same situations happened after reporting and showing pictures to front office staffs! Ridiculous! Claimed "delivering comfort, impeccable service", but the service was sucks! Very Bad Experience! Will NEVER return!

Good value for the money. Close to Waterloo station and underground just 5 minutes walking. London eye and Westminster area in 3 minutes.. Typical English breakfast….nice service

Of course.so is the price can also look up and see the Ben Ferris wheel right next to me

We had only 2 and 1 night but great and enjoyed our time. The Park Plaza has excellent location.

We booked a suit for the a 1 night stay at the price of £284. We had a 3pm checkin but our room was not ready until after 4pm, despite being at the hotel from 12:30. The room was not great! It had ripped carpet, crumbs on the floor, desk chair broken. No toiletries, no water in the room. The pressure on the shower was also low. We went to the bar at 4:30 for a drink. It was not busy and was advised its table service only. We waited 15 or so minutes but no service, staff were seen to be huddled to the left of the bar chatting, despite multiple attempts To get one’s attention but failed, so we left along with 2 other tables. We used the pool, this was cold, but is very relaxing, steam room and sauna had plenty of room. There was a bad smell of sewage in the spa. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and the quality was Adequate. Luka at the concierge desk was very attentive and observant. This is our third stay at this hotel and 9th stay at the chain. The quality of this hotel does not meet other hotels in the chain.
