The hotel consists of 6 buildings connected by covered walkways, with clear directional signage throughout. Regarding the language barrier you encountered, we will enhance English language training for our staff to improve communication. Additionally, while our gym does have a changing room located adjacent to the fitness area, we appreciate your feedback and will ensure better visibility of this facility.
