Rất khó để giao tiếp với nhân viên khách sạn vì tôi không để ý tuổi của trẻ em khi đặt phòng nên chúng tôi đặt phòng 3 người lớn + 1 trẻ lớn nhất của tôi có thể ở mà không chiếm giường. và có thể ở với giá bổ sung nhưng nhân viên khách sạn từ chối, tôi buộc phải đặt thêm phòng sau khi liên lạc, tôi chỉ có thể trả thêm một phòng, nhưng các khách sạn khác có thể tính thêm tiền cho kỳ nghỉ của tôi, nên tôi cảm thấy điều này. khách sạn thật khủng khiếp.

Nó không tốt bằng Atour và Hanting. Khách sạn mở thang máy vào giờ cao điểm ăn sáng. Không gian thang máy nhỏ đến mức không thể nhét vừa vài chiếc vali khi trả phòng vào buổi sáng! Sáng nay tôi phải đợi 20 phút để thang máy đi xuống tầng dưới, thật không thể tin được! ! Bữa sáng đa dạng đến mức đáng thương, và mức giá 2.000 mỗi đêm trong dịp lễ hội mùa xuân thực sự là quá đáng...... ! !

The check in service, amenities included location are very nice and convenience. However , we have a chance having buffet breakfast one day, the foods menu was not familiar and variety for us, it is average. The hotel surrounding is the same as hotel website. The kitty at Sapporo Eki, closed to hotel has been added.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall everything was very good. However, I would appreciate if the management could be a little more flexible regarding check-in timing and parking charges. We arrived at around 2:15pm, which was only about 45 minutes before the official check-in time of 3pm. We completely understood if the room was not yet ready and were perfectly happy to wait. We only asked whether we could park our car at the hotel car park first. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was quite unhelpful and insisted that if we parked before 3pm, we would need to pay the 24-hour parking rate of 1800 yen instead of the standard 1500 yen rate (3pm to 11am the next day). We even explained that we would be checking out before 9am the next morning. Since she was very firm on this, we decided to simply wait at the lobby instead. Interestingly, around 2:40pm, we noticed some Japanese guests arriving and checking in. Shortly after that, another very kind staff member approached us and informed us that our room was already ready and that we could proceed to check in and park our car. I genuinely try not to view situations through the lens of unfair treatment, but I do hope the management could sometimes exercise a little flexibility and discretion on a case-by-case basis, especially when guests are arriving only slightly earlier than the official check-in time.

First of all the hotel size and location is reasonable. onsen is ok, the water can be hotter. It's very popular during evening times. There is only one washing machine so it's difficult to get a slot. Sleepwise is ok, there is a lack of moisturiser in the room. You have to get it at the reception, just saw the info when I was checking out. however at the end of my stay the overall service left a bad taste in my mouth. I requested for my luggage to be delivered to the next hotel. However upon reaching the next hotel, only one of my luggage reached the location. When I wrote back asking the hotel. They pushed the responsibility back to me asking me to check with the delivery company instead. I am a foreigner in Japan. And being asked to check with a Japanese transport company of my missing luggage sent by the hotel. I can't communicate in Japanese. How am I supposed to talk to the transport company? For a country famed to be highly efficient in their delivery and service, my two luggage to be delivered turn out to only one and the hotel who delivered my luggage is not helping so ridiculous. This is a memorable stay for it in a bad way. I am tempted to leave every thing one star but I am not as unreasonable like this hotel service.

Worth to go in second time, Very close to the shopping mall, you can park your car and keeping going out , and Sapporo classic is good

Room is enormous. Free snacks and drinks at the guest lounge. 5-10mins walk to Sapporo station. A few mins walk to Tanukikoji Market. Easy access to convenient stores. And there is car rental shop around the corner. Parco and Daimura are walking distance

Daily room make up service. But I still found my cotton pad on the floor after one day. Quite big room. If it’s a rainy or snowy day, quite harsh to access to hotel from Sapporo station. Only 2 washing machines, one is in the men’s bath, one is in the women’s bath. Don’t expect u can get your turn for laundry.

Hotel is very comfortable, location is very near to Sapporo train station. However is quite a distance to popular market like Tanukikoji and Susukino. Enjoyed my stay throughout the trip. 😊

We were a family of 3. Room was spacious enough for our 3 luggages. TV also had information regarding the status of the onsen and washing machine which was a nice touch. The counter staff also spoke good English and were generally very helpful. The free drinks in the lounge and bottled water in the room were very welcome too.

Excellent location, just 10 mins walk from Sapporo Station, overnight parking available and fee not expensive.

The location is fantastic, just some minutes walk from Sapporo station. From the hotel, it is easy to reach to other places such as Susukino on foot. The room and hotel are fantastic, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even offer free snack bar with lots of soft drinks, coffee and cookies that you can use as much as you want during the day and night. Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future!
