Phòng rất rộng rãi, chắc chắn đã được cải tạo từ lâu, gạch lát sàn lốm đốm, giường tương đối cũ, chăn bông rất mỏng, phòng tắm trông giống như một phòng tắm nhỏ trong một nhà tắm lớn. Ưu điểm duy nhất là không gian rộng nhưng có cảm giác như một ngôi nhà tường trống, tầng một có quá nhiều muỗi. Có lẽ vì đang là Giáng sinh nên căn phòng này chỉ ngang tầm khách sạn ở Trung Quốc, chênh lệch nghiêm trọng với giá phòng. Chúng tôi bị trễ ở quầy lễ tân rất lâu do đổi phòng, đi chơi ngoài về, người già và trẻ em đều mệt mỏi, tôi cũng xin cảm ơn bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng của Ctrip đã xử lý kịp thời và liên lạc nhiều lần.

Khách sạn gia đình tuyệt vời, gần bãi biển. Có tất cả mọi thứ bạn cần cho trẻ em - hồ bơi, cầu trượt nước nhỏ, thác nước nấm, phòng trò chơi, thực đơn dành cho trẻ em. Đúng là họ dọn dẹp cách ngày, nhưng có lẽ vì chúng tôi ngủ lâu và họ đi lại xung quanh chúng tôi. Good: Pools, location Bad: This place feels like a budget airline. From the moment we arrived, it felt like they were searching for fees. Security deposit, room card deposit, Even though we purchased a 3 bed suite, we had to pay an extra daily fee for our daughter to stay with us. We had to call them when we wanted a third towel or a third water bottle. The real problem, however, was when they claimed we stained a towel with some mysterious yellow dots and they were going to charge another 500 fee. We discovered this had happened to at least one other resident as well and others had complained of similar shadiness on other sites. I asked what made them think the yellow dot towel came from our room and they said the cleaners take photos as they collect the towels. My wife happened to be in the room when the cleaning ladies allegedly found and documented the towel, but it didn’t happen as they claimed. I also went a little overboard as a detective and studied the cleaning lady’s movements at other rooms and verified the process they claimed wasn’t true. We didn’t use the towel beyond drying off in the bathroom and I can’t fathom anyway that stain could have occurred from our use. The manager always seemed to conveniently be away when we requested to speak with him. If they had actually found a stained towel in our room with my wife laying right there watching, it would have been the logical time to provide evidence. Unfortunately they waited 6 hours and sent a bill with a photo of some random towel with a yellow spot that had no connection with our room. Although the staff were aware of the situation and failed to provide meaningful evidence of the claim, we were still forced to pay. Perhaps they made a mistake and put the wrong room number, perhaps it is some money making scam. Regardless, I wasted multiple hours of vacation time and endured a great deal of stress trying to deal with this injustice and I hope no other customers experience the same. Note: Trip.com was amazing in this and I am continuously impressed by their great customer service

Tuana has a great location and amazing amenities for families. We enjoyed our week long stay there and will recommend the hotel.

1. The hotel staff is very low-key. We paid everything in advance and checked everything with the Chinese C-TRIP, who refused to listen to us and refused to listen, just told us to contact C-TRIP if they were paying extra rationally. The location spot is overcrowded. The hotel is full with busloaders, cheap organized groups. Personal is trying to do their’s best except of reception girls: they are straight forward and not too polite. On my checkout, I had no time because of long drive to the airport, but they forced me to wait 10 minutes until someone will check my room - in case i snaffled something. ;-))

Our stay was unpleasant, and we will not be returning to this hotel. The atmosphere is not cozy, and the room lacks comfort. The furniture is outdated, and the overall ambiance gives the impression of neglect. There is no decor to speak of. The room has a wooden bench instead of a comfortable chair with pictures. Dirt is noticeable from the first steps, with the floor and furniture covered in dust. Visible signs of a lack of regular cleaning are present in the corners. The presence of dust and dirt not only creates an unpleasant visual perception but also raises concerns regarding sanitary conditions. The room is in need of repair. The bathroom has leaking faucets, and the walls are stained and scratched. The furniture and equipment appear outdated, giving an impression of neglect and sloppiness.

I absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect and there are pools that run throughout the length of the resort. The rooms are great, the room service is fantastic and the ladies on the front desk were warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back within 12 months
