I and my partner had a good stay in this onsen hotel. The room is spacious. The hotel is located at a high level overlooking the village and we can have a mice view while enjoying the onsen.

The room was fantastic. There were 3 onsen in the room, one in the bathroom which opens into the belcony, and 2 more onsen in the belcony, looking straight at Mt Yufu. The food prepared by the hotel was great, except that there were just too much food. Easily an 8 course dinner.

Our family had a memorable stay in the hotel . The staff were very helpful and friendly . We were so impressed by the food prepared with excellent presentation with a great variety of food , from sashimi to sukiyaki and tempura . The onsen in the room had a great view of the valley . They also had private onsen outside the room . The view was unforgettable when I used during the sunrise .

This is my favourite ryokan out of my whole trip. It's on an uphill, the carpark is before the ryokan. There are international/foreign staff that can speak english and they help out the family (I believe). They are still very courteous. They will give you the tour of the place and the room. It's so spacious with massage chairs and two outdoor onsens. Everything was great. I wished I could stay longer in the house to rest. Dinner was superb. They will bring you the course dishes and the boss? would come out to grill steak on a hot stone. It was very delightful. Breakfast will be at the same table. It was really good as well. There's also a surprise when you check out. It is overall a very homely stay and the facilities are great!

It was a nice private onsen and fabulous view.

가족끼리 가기 좋은 퓨전 료칸이라고 생각합니다. 이전에 전통가옥에 묵어본 적이 있는데 계단도 좁고 가팔라서 힘들었거든요. 여기는 적당히 현대식 펜션처럼 결합된 곳이라 어머니 모시고 가기 더 좋았던 거 같아요! 여기로 결정하게 된 가장 큰 이유가 프라이빗탕인데 기대만큼 좋았습니다. 찬물 섞어서 온도도 조절할 수 있고 바깥 야경 보는 맛도 있었어요. 코타츠 없었던 건 초큼 슬픈 포인트...ㅜㅜ 또 가이세키 때 회가 나오는데 회를 못먹는다고 미리 메일로 연락드렸더니 따로 로스트비프로 대체 해주셨고 식전주 매실주도 맛있었어요. 아침에 조금 일찍 나가야됐는데 제공시간보다 빨리 먹을 수 있게 배려해주셔서 좋았어요. 그보다 더 일찍 나가야되는 분들은 샌드위치로 대체해주신다고 하네요. 공용탕은 구경만 하고 이용해보진 않았는데 시간이 충분하면 꼭 이용해보세요!

住宿體驗一流，我們是一行三人（有老人家） 提早與旅店溝通，可安排包車接送來回，十分方便 房間是一間獨立屋，有一名外藉工作人員及一名日本人員服侍，包括送餐，解說，安排，完全是管家式服務 食物有一泊兩食，晚餐吃到火鍋已經完全吃不下, 只好叫服務人員不要再上菜，不要浪費食物，然後早餐份量都要求減一些，因為實在太多了😂 味道是非常好（有河豚），而且很用心放盤，看得出很用心為客人準備 房間有露天溫泉，不用怕跟別人一齊使用。景色很親近大自然，令人很放鬆，適合喜歡安靜環境的人。 如下次再來福岡旅遊，會再次入住。

房間寬敞，整潔乾淨，室內室外也有溫泉池，服務人員態度親切，有免費泊車位，鄰近金鱗湖，商店街，超市，揸車大約10分鐘左右到達。

服務員親切友善！ 酒店位置在山上，不便外出，但有安排接送服務來回車站非常好！ 膳食方面，非常精緻美味，私人度極高，每人會安排獨立房間用膳。 每間獨立小屋有三個私人風呂，有兩個在戶外，一邊浸溫泉一邊望住美麗的山景，特別朝早浸溫泉絕對享受，可惜只住了一晚。

很舒適的温泉酒店，泡湯一級棒，特別是露天風呂超級舒服，一泊二食也很棒，離店還為客人拍了照片紀念，很貼心！

很意外在網上看到這酒店，招呼服務都很好很體貼，環境清優，晚餐及早餐都會有獨立房子，晚餐及早餐的食物都很精緻。 戶外大自然包圍著，屋內有齊戶內外的湯，冬天也可以在房中浸溫泉，有頂蓋下雨不怕，夏天太陽不會曬住浸溫暖，非常舒適，而且每間屋的私隱度很好。 服務很好可，可預約車到JR由布院站前接，回程也會送到JR站。

엄마랑 둘이 갔는데 탕도 가이세키도 조식도 너무 만족 했어요 100점 직원들도 너무 친절하고 온천 너무 좋았어요 엄마가 너무 좋아했어요 나이드신 여성분 너무 친절하시고 감사합니다 또 갈거에요

픽업 서비스는 Gmail로도 바로바로 대응해주셔서 편하게 데려다주셨고, 접객도 너무 친절하셨습니다. 숙소 개인탕도 훌륭했고 뷰가 너무 이뻐요! 가이세키도 프라이빗룸에서 먹을수있고 맛도 접객도 사케도 최고였습니다. 돌아가는길도 데려다주셔서 너무 편했어요. 주변에 꼭 추천할만한 숙소! 최고였습니다. *강아지가 귀여워요 (이름:헤이짱)
