Phòng và khách sạn tốt nhất trong toàn bộ chuyến đi của tôi quanh Trung Quốc!! Bãi biển, khu vườn, hồ bơi, nhà hàng đều tuyệt vời, quản gia Elena của tôi rất nhiệt tình, công viên nước rất vui và tất cả nhân viên đều rất tốt bụng và chăm chỉ... Tôi đã có khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời, ước gì tôi đã đặt phòng ở lại lâu hơn!!

Khi nhận phòng tại khách sạn, tôi rất vui khi được cô Elena Hu, một quản gia tốt bụng và hữu ích, người nói được ngôn ngữ của tôi, hỗ trợ. Sự chăm sóc chu đáo của cô ấy trong suốt bốn ngày lưu trú khiến tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái và như ở nhà. Cô ấy đã chu đáo sắp xếp lời nhắc nhở cho lịch trình của tôi và thậm chí còn chuẩn bị bữa sáng trước khi tôi rời đi sớm. Tôi thực sự ấn tượng với dịch vụ đặc biệt của cô ấy và muốn bày tỏ lòng biết ơn chân thành của mình đến Elena.

Very impressive experiences in Altantis Sanya Very nice room and scenry Fahad, the assistant during my stay is nice and helpful. From the first day for assisting my checkin and to the last day for assisting my checkout he is professional, patient and always with timely response to my requests Typhoon is striking Sanya these days, Fahad provided us with the information regarding the typhoon which was very helpful Room clean was nicely done and my daughters like the towel rabbits very much thanks for the fruit platter and goodbye gift water world and aquarium are good we all enjoy our times there C秀 不看完全沒有損失 像我一樣 看了就是時間金錢雙重損失了

Every single thing is perfect, can’t describe it! Had the best private concierge, Mr Shakhzod, who arranged for us everything we wanted or needed during our stay !

The booking process was very convenient and smooth, great price as well. The hotel is huge, and the room was very nice. The direct access to the Waterpark and aquarium makes life so much easier when traveling with kids, being able to go back to the hotel to rest up and heading out again is such a luxury. 3 days was not enough to use all the facilities, but was a great time afterall. Booking the imperial club rooms is a must, the expedite checkin makes the best use of your time, and the lounge for small snacks was very good too.

Don’t worry you have what you pay… Breakfast.. perfect Beach.. very good Water park… perfect Room.. very clean.. perfect… free movies You don’t need to eat in the hotel.. plenty restaurants near.. Go Atlantis no worries..

Staff Dikshya Kunwar did a very good job to convert the poor services derived from other departments to world class services. Well done Kunwar. Hope to see you again in future. Room delayed 40min to check-in, photography arrived 17min late, requested my pregnant wife to walk a long distance to take a seat due to the delay. All these were not the matter of Dikshya, but she managed it well to smoothen our experiences.

The hotel room was fantastic and great for our family and the service from staff was second to none, but the food selection was a little bit of a let down, not great for eating out with small children. However, the water park has the best children’s area and made for some great days out. The beach is also easy to access and a very close. Not great for pushchair access due to the steps. All in all a great trip and very fun.

We stayed at Atlantis Sanya and were truly impressed by the stunning facilities and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is an ideal destination for families with children. A special shoutout to our attentive butler, Elena, who went above and beyond by preparing a beautiful welcome fruit plate and thoughtful gifts for the kids. Her kind gestures made our stay even more memorable.

There’s nothing to complain about this gorgeous hotel. From check in to check out, the service was fantastic on the hotel’s end. They take care of the luggage as you get off the car. After checking in, the staff walked us to our room and explained where everything was and to contact her if we needed anything. They made sure we had the right size robes and slippers for the kids and sent us a welcome fruit basket. The view was breathtaking. Beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The restaurants gave excellent service as well. Room service was fantastic. The water park food stalls are the only ones that were rude. The only other complaint I have is the staff that works at the breakfast buffet. When other restaurant guests cut in line, they still serve them instead of telling them to get in line. It’s a big culture shock as 9 out of 10 people here don’t get in line unless the staff insists and not serve them. The water park could use clearer signs. And some slides were closed due to staff shortage. That was a bit disappointing. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful. Night swimming was one of my son’s favorite part of the trip. We did the beluga whale encounter and it was so worth it. The staffs were really nice. That definitely made an unforgettable trip. At the end, the hotel even left us a gift of 2 stuff animal whales. So happy they gave us 2 so my kids can each have one. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Sanya. FYI, you’re going to need translation app if you don’t speak Chinese because other than the staff that was assigned to help us, nobody speaks or understands English.

We had a great time with the family! The water park has awesome slides — so much fun!

We arrived at the beginning of typhoon butterfly. Bella at front desk was very kind to allow us early check in. Everything in our room was par excellent. View from 33rd floor was great. Unfortunately due to the typhoon, howling wind was so strong like aircraft taking off and landing throughout the night, not the hotel's fault. Regrettably we couldn't use the swimming pool and the outdoor waterpark. But we enjoyed the shows at the aquarium during our stay. Buffet breakfast was really good, spread was huge and high quality. Highly recommend this excellent hotel at Haitang Bay.
