We also want to sincerely apologize for the aspects of your stay that fell short of expectations. Regarding our food delivery policy, we understand that meeting drivers at the basement may be inconvenient. Please allow us to explain, this procedure is in place primarily for food safety and security reasons. By limiting external food drop-offs in public areas like the lobby, we aim to reduce any potential hygiene risks and ensure a more controlled and sanitary environment for all guests. That said, we’re continually reviewing our approach to find a better balance between guest convenience and safety, and your feedback is invaluable in that process. We also appreciate your comments about the in-room snack bar and promotional materials. Lastly, we regret that your use of the pool was impacted. While we do host scheduled lessons during certain hours, we fully understand how important it is for guests to enjoy uninterrupted access to our facilities.
