Room is clean. At check in, staff is not flexible about room selection and just saying it is full. Full mean full occupancy but does not mean room choice and view must be still considerable in early check in around 5pm

Amazing view! The hotel was really great and we enjoyed the stay! Also easy to get to the city. The only downside was, that the Bar/Cocktails weren’t up to the standard.

hotel is a little old but the location is prime as you’re located at the top. staff were lovely, you should have breakfast there to enjoy the morning views.

這家酒店屬於酒店天花板了，地理位置優越，海景一覽無餘。已經是第4次入住了，每次帶管理層拜訪客户也是住這家酒店，非常滿意的！

Excelente hotel con vistas increíbles. Muy buena cocina . Ideal después de pasear por el bullicioso centro llegar a descansar a este hotel . Con un hall maravilloso con cómodos sofás y vistas espectaculares. Un 10! Ubicación excelente.

Tout était parfait. L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et ne mérite peut-être pas 4 étoiles. Mais on sait bien qu’en Espagne les étoiles hôtelières sont un peu plus surévaluées qu’en France. Le seul Hic est qu’une chambre n’était pas prête quand nous sommes arrivés car notre demande de grand lit pour les 2 chambres n’avait pas été prise en compte. Mais rien de grave, notre demande a été satisfaite par la suite. Mais pour un 4 étoiles … Le cadre est idyllique…

酒店服務態度超級惡劣，特別前台服務員，完全沒有作為酒店服務人員的專業素質，客人帶着孩子，不但刻意刁難，還損壞護照，一副高高在上的樣子，完全沒有道歉。我們要叫警察她將我們趕出酒店。酒店處在一個山頭，晚上什麼也沒有，非常危險⚠️。出行這麼多年，第一次遇到如此傲慢**至極的酒店！

酒店位於伊古爾多山上，聖塞巴斯蒂安著名的貝殼海灘和城市全景盡收眼底。春天的海風比較大，但是擋不住風景美麗。

設施：不足……早上競沒熱水供應 服務：差！沒有侍應搬行李

很少寫酒店點評，但這次非常想寫一下這家評分嚴重過低的酒店。 酒店位於貝殼灣一側山頂，俯瞰整個貝殼灣，景色無敵，夕陽太美。 山頂泳池很美。 有纜車上下，5歐來回，直達海灘，太方便了！ 山頂還有個小遊樂場，略土，小娃會喜歡。 酒店設施略老，海景房還是風景無敵的。早餐不行，過於簡單了。 總之，來聖賽就這個位置，住一晚絕對有必要！

Emplacement magnifique et vues époustouflantes! L’hôtel a été rénové récemment au niveau des parties communes. En tout cas celles-ci ont l’air récentes et belles. Les chambres néanmoins sont moins récentes et jolies.

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar inigualable, en lo alto del Monte Igueldo, con vistas a la Bahía de la Concha y toda la ciudad de Donosti. Las habitaciones totalmente equipadas, con vistas al mar y la ciudad, el lobby muy cuidado y con estilo y el servicio, además de amable, muy atento. Las cenas y comidas tanto en el restaurante como en la cafetería con las increíbles vistas a San Sebastián son únicas. Ha sido todo un acierto.
