Phòng rộng rãi, và tôi đã yêu cầu trang trí sinh nhật, giá 50 RM. Nhìn chung mọi thứ đều ổn, trừ điều hòa không lạnh - có lẽ do phòng quá rộng. Cuối cùng tôi đã yêu cầu bật thêm quạt.

Nhận phòng nhanh, nhân viên thân thiện. Có nhiều kiến quanh khu vực phòng tắm và bồn sục. Phòng nằm ở tầng 2. Không có thang máy. Phải leo cầu thang. Bữa sáng khá ổn. Xung quanh chỉ là khu dân cư nên không có nhiều hoạt động vui chơi.

The villa is so amazing. I feel relax when stay here like in a spa. The room, bathroom are big. I like the jacuzzi. The food is delicious. The only thing that I dislike is no table in the room for me to do my work.

The overall atmosphere of this retreat is cozy and nice, suitable for you if you are looking for a quiet oasis environment in a busy city. Do not expect to have many activities here as this is a place designed for you to completely remove yourself from the hectic life, slow down your pace, and recharge yourself. Me and my wife are lacto-ovo vegetarian and the chef team is rather happy to accommodate our dietary requirements, the entire restaurant and kitchen crew were friendly and we were being treated with fantastic service. The only difficult pinpoint on the vegetarian food was protein element was too little, it would turn even more perfect if this element is well covered. Another observation I have is the booking I made via Trip seems to be slightly different from the other in house guests as I could see the other guests were having high tea and probably sundown as complimentary, however we were not being informed about these perks during check in thus we didn’t check further to clarify.

This place is a great getaway for couples. They don't allow kids under 12, and in fact, maximum 2 people per room. The facilities include in-room jacuzzi (not sure if all rooms have this, but ours did!), very nice and natural swimming pool and gardens. They have a spa where we enjoyed a wonderful massage, a bit pricey, but well worth it. The restaurant and staff are incredibly nice and efficient, food was great. The room was very clean, and lots of amenities (tea, coffee, minibar, toiletries, lots of towels, etcetera). The overall facilities are well kept and clean, but some might think just a bit run down: there is a lot of wood, which is hard to maintain in good condition, but it was not a huge issue for us. As for the location, if you are going to KL to shop, this may not be the place for you: it is just a bit off the beaten track. However, there is an LRT station (Ampang Park) about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. But close to the hotel, there is not much in the way of shops or restaurants. For our 3-day getaway, it was perfect, and we would certainly do it again.

This little gem of a retreat is in a great residential location yet still within easy reach of KLCC. The staff and their hospitality was impeccable, the choice of food at breakfast left us spoilt for choice and it tasted amazing too. Fresh squeezed juices and ability to choose between a la carte or buffet or both if you are feeling truly inspired. We had a super spacious room with private plunge pool with jets and a huge bathing area. The room benefited from direct access to the pool which was a bonus. The pool and all areas were clean and comfortable. The hotel is showing its age in places but that adds to its charm. If you want an alternative to the normal bog standard hotel and want a personal touch that makes your stay an experience and not just a place to sleep… then this is the place!

Very relaxing atmosphere for a short gateway, breakfast was delicious

Booked for wife’s suprised birthday getaway. The managements were very accomodative to fulfill my requests. Assistance were provided throughout our stay. Breakfast systems were superb and something different than other typical hotels/resort but choices could be better. Villa were spacious and beautiful. Desk officer provided snacks for us prepared in the room due to our late arrivals at the venue due to unforseen circumstances. Superb! Will definitely revisit the villa for other special occassions.

This villa shows luxurious and magnificent experience. Personalized touched. I had to leave early, and they had prepared packed breakfast for me. I highly recommend couples to pay a visit and enjoy the experience.
