I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service from Nayab Shaik. Despite my late check-in at 4 AM, Nayab was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable after a long journey, providing me with a great room and making the process seamless. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. :) very clean and neat rooms. It lies within a mall which is very important if you are spending very few days in Kuwait. The avenues mall is huge and there is a lot to explore in such short period.
