The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

Otel inanılmaz güzel ve biz yeni odaları tercih ettik, odaları çok lüks idi, ayrıca resepsiyonunda çalışan Muhammet arkadaşımızda inanılmaz canayakındı. Otelin bütün çalışanları inanılmaz canayakın sadece animasyoncular biraz fazla yapışıyorlar, onun dışında her şey on numara.

這邊好有度假的感覺。酒店海灘的浮潛點魚比出海的還多，水很乾凈，而且每次去的時候沙灘傘都有空位。唯一不好的就是外國旅遊團太多了，飯點這餐廳跟菜場一樣，不過味道還不錯

到清真寺和 懸崖酒吧 100埃及鎊就可以了 ，酒店可以直接浮潛，在上面就能肉眼見到魚兒 酒店的餐食一般般 但每個時間段都有吃 餓不着

酒店非常大，有自己的水上中心可以預訂出海活動，餐廳吃的還不錯，有兩個餐廳需要提前預約，總體來説非常不錯。

和前台溝通太難了…他們英語太差了…… 延遲退房到下午一點半要付25刀。在房間打電話叫buggy來接，前台聽不懂，説我要退房需要幫助把行李拿到前台也聽不懂。一個詞一個詞慢慢説終於聽懂了…… 我着急去機場，問前台一個油頭小哥買/借膠帶粘一下小紙箱，這大哥磨磨嘰嘰不樂意…… 真的太墨跡了還聽不懂話，看起來職位比其他小哥高一點點。其他人溝通困難但是態度是好的

Так уж довелось, но в данном отеле останавливаюсь третий раз с октября 2022 года, поэтому могу рассказать о нем в динамике.. Отель - традиционная бюджетная пятёрка семейного уклона. На 60% итальянцы (для них отель называется Fruit Village), 30% русскоговорящие и остатки штучно множество туристов с других стран (можно карту мира рисовать по нациям отеля). Последние 2 года в отдельных корпусах шла реновация и "улучшенный" номер в базе это как раз он - обычный современный номер хорошего размера. Номера ближе к морю (люксы и полулюксы с видом на море) в старом стиле (двоякие впечатления от них). Питание в целом хорошее - кому-то понравится, кому-то нет (выбор блюд есть, в том числе итальянские, но в сравнении с более мощными и дорогими пятерками может быть скудноват). Персонал по всей территории трудится как пчелки - везде чисто, красиво и комфортно. В ресторанах на посадку в этом заселении вообще никаких проблем в любое время приёма пищи - мгновенно все убирают и обновляют приборы (бывало, что отлучался на минуту за напитками, а у меня стол уже весь убирали под чистую). Есть анимация детская, ********, вечерние шоу. Бары с местным алкоголем в разных частях отеля - утолить жажду, выпить и напиться по системе можно с 10 до 00. В целом лежаков на территории огромное количество, но, логично, что весь отель у одного бассейна не поместится - нет здесь, есть у другого. Бассейнов 3, один с аквапарком, 2 towel центра. Короткий пирс, заход в море с берега (ограниченный, чтобы не ломать кораллы) и с пирса сразу на риф. При отеле есть платный дайвинг центр. Близко к Наама бейс и старому городу, есть где прогуляться за территорией отеля. До аэропорта 20 минут езды на индивидуальном трансфере. Рядом есть Amphoras blue из их же сетки, но последнее время им запрещено посещать территорию Amphoras beach Ставлю полноценные 5 из 5 и рекомендую для посещения из расчёта, что это именно комфортная бюджетная пятёрка

很好的一次旅行

I arrived at the hotel at 5 AM with my mother, hoping for an early check-in. However, the staff at the reception were not very accommodating. The man at the desk reluctantly checked for available rooms. When we finally convinced him to give us a room, it was filthy—stained bedding, dirty marks, and an unpleasant odor. We immediately went back to the reception and complained about the condition of the room. The receptionist was visibly annoyed and told us we had to wait until check-in time if we didn't like the room. After multiple attempts to get a better room, a manager finally approached us. He dismissed our concerns, saying the room's condition reflected the price we paid. He added that the hotel's focus was on business, not hospitality. It became clear that our issue would not be resolved satisfactorily. After a few hours, we were given another room, which was equally appalling. The curtains had stains and burn marks, the bedding was dirty, and the walls were in terrible condition. The balcony door was creaky, and the room was far from the standard we expected. We provided photos as evidence of the poor state of the room. When we returned to the reception to complain again, the receptionist and another staff member began yelling at us. They claimed they had worked at top hotels in Egypt and accused us of being overly demanding. We were shocked and felt humiliated as they shouted at us in front of other guests. In the end, we had to pay an additional $150 for an upgraded room just to get a clean and decent place to stay. There was no apology from the manager, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the mistreatment we endured. We were forced to pay extra for what should have been a basic expectation of cleanliness and hospitality. I will never return to this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it. This experience has left us deeply disappointed and appalled by the lack of customer service and respect for guests.

The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again
