Phòng tuyệt vời nhìn ra biển. Gia đình ở phòng liền kề hơi ồn ào, có trẻ con chơi đến khuya. Không bị xáo trộn nghiêm trọng. Cách âm có thể tốt hơn. Nhiều lựa chọn tuyệt vời trong bữa sáng tự chọn. Rất sạch sẽ, rất thoải mái. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện. Một kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ.

Đó là một kinh nghiệm tốt như mọi khi. Nhân viên rất lịch sự và hữu ích. Khách sạn yêu thích mỗi khi tôi đến Penang

Swimming pool is small. Really unacceptable to allow people smoking in the swimming pool area. Breakfast place is not enough. Guest need to wait long queue to have food. Swimming pool staff is good and nice.

My family enjoyed staying at the hotel. The breakfast is just okay for us nothing extraordinary. Just make sure if you want to stay here, choose the room with a sea view. Also, thank you for the cake and balloons.

I feel welcomed from the moment we parked our car! The room was amazing, food was delicious and most importantly— service from hotel staff was world class!

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and care goes into making everything comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent service especially the housekeeping. Dining was great and the service was friendly and efficient. We also used the spa which was lovely.

Almost perfect holiday at the Parkroyal Penang.. ++ plus points: 1. room was spacious with fun pool amenities 2. beach view is beautiful during sunset 3. had interesting monkey visitors at our huge balcony 4. appreciative of the pleasant service in general from day houskeeping to F&B crew Unfortunately with some glaring misses 😣 - - minus points: 1. checked in room at the evening, noted floor and day bed had lotsa sand particles. Night housekeeping came to rectify so late while we are eating in room meals and told us to then wait for next day housekeeping because it is near their knock off time😧😅 2. Reception made a mistake to actually charge my credit card for $400 deposit, instead of holding the deposit 😏. Was informed during checkout to wait for 2 weeks refund. 😩 3. breakfast selection could have been better in view that it is a 5🌟hotel. New food at buffet line could have been replaced earlier, when finished.

What can I say about parkroyal. My 2nd stay here, husband and I love everything about here. The gym. And pool especially. Food is delicious.we come here for the peaceful and calm ambience.

Enjoyed the pool and of course the slide. The breakfast spread was nice too. My kids favourite hotel in Penang.

Great stay, excellent facilities. The property has stunning view. Cleanliness was top notch. The location was nice, the staff were amazing & really helpful.

Again back to this resort.. this is my kids first choice hotel in Batu ferringhi. They really enjoy the pool. New hang out area just few hundred meter away. Fire show was nice.

Nice view with great service, facilities, breakfast and love their aromatherapy shampoo/ lotions.. smell nice 😀 One feedback will be the corridor, smell bad.. suggest to put some aroma dispenser along the walkway like other premium hotels 😉

My family stayed here for our 9th anniversary celebration. Everything was smooth from check in and check out. The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Actually, all of them was very accommodating and helpful. What I love most about this hotel are their hospitality and customer service. They are at top notch! During check in, we were served with some complimentary snacks and drinks. Our room was very clean, with swan towel decorations, a mini anniversary cake, some chocolate and a plate of fruits. We were also gifted with two complimentary drinks at the java lounge specially for our anniversary ❤️ Our kids were very busy playing in the pool, at the beach, and inside the kids room. The hotel is very child friendly in which I have no regret choosing this hotel for our staycation. While for food hunting, you can just walk from the hotel as there are many food stalls in short distance. Overall, it was a very memorable stay for us. Thank you PARKROYAL Penang Resort!

A Luxurious Paradise by the Sea – A Must-Visit Haven! This hotel is a hidden gem! Located in a super convenient spot, getting around was super easy. The private beach was stunning, and the huge pools were perfect for both relaxation and fun—especially the kids’ pool with a slide! The staff are also bsolute legends—so friendly and always ready to help. Room service was top-tier, available 24/7 and never disappointed.The food?Insane. Breakfast was delicious, with an unlimited variety of options to choose from whether local or international dishes. Rooms were spacious, cozy, and spotless—perfect for unwinding but unfortunately there’s no smart TV and with only limited channels.Overall it is solid 10/10⭐️ experience! This hotel is a must-visit and would definitely come back! Would definitely come again. Highly recommend!
