Phòng tuyệt vời nhìn ra biển. Gia đình ở phòng liền kề hơi ồn ào, có trẻ con chơi đến khuya. Không bị xáo trộn nghiêm trọng. Cách âm có thể tốt hơn. Nhiều lựa chọn tuyệt vời trong bữa sáng tự chọn. Rất sạch sẽ, rất thoải mái. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện. Một kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ.

Đó là một kinh nghiệm tốt như mọi khi. Nhân viên rất lịch sự và hữu ích. Khách sạn yêu thích mỗi khi tôi đến Penang

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and spacious, and the facilities were excellent.

Good varieties of breakfast! Staff were attentive and friendly. Can just spend our trip in hotel, a lot of activities to do. Definitely will come back again.

love the stay at batu ferringhi, hotel is clean and feels brand new, staff is friendly and helpful. we got a cute anniversary wish from them too. ❤️❤️ A great stay who ever who have kids, they can enjoy by the beach, swimming pool and kids room. Breakfast has variety of options and is yummy.

Despite it is being one of the oldest building along Batu Ferringgi but the services are as good as ever! I really enjoyed my stay there with helpful services and the vast varieties of breakfast spread was delightful. The pool operational until 9.00pm enable me to enjoy the beach and swam throughout the day…this is what a memorable resort should be, to make you stay inside the resort and enjoy throughout the day…

Disappointed with service standard from such a famous 5 star chain. Late check in : we arrived hotel at 1445 and has been advised that we need to wait for 30 mins as room is not ready yet. We checked again at 1515, was told need to wait for another 15 mins. When we checked again at 1530, the room was still not ready yet!! Given standard check in time is 1500, the room has been delayed for 30mins +. It’s ok to wait a bit (even after standard check in) … just not keep adding 15 mins. The front office didn’t apologize at all , not offering me to use hotel facilities without checked in! I complained at the counter and finally got the room at 1545. Not respecting. No pay at room: we would like to order some beer at the pool side bar and was requested to pay on spot, despite we had shown our room card. Who will have their credit card all time ready when u are only with swimming suits on? Check out: we requested check out at 1 (instead of 12 as standard ), and the hotel accepted the request. However, when we back to our room at early 12, our room card didn’t work any more. We had to go to the front office again. Basic room amenity: we visited 3 resort type hotel during our 8 days of Malaysia trip. comparing with our other stays,the room design/ amenity setting is not as caring as others. There is no clothes drying rack for swim suits and no roof top for balcony.

Really enjoyable stay, perfectly located in the middle of town and beach, great staff and a beautiful pool.

The stay was amazing from check in till check out. 1. We had welcoming drinks at the lounge. 2. The room was spacious and comfortable. 3. The in-room dining food was delicious. 4. They prepared a complimentary surprise cake and balloons for birthday. 5. We had drinks upon check out.

I’m a frequent traveller. I have been staying in a wide range of accommodations/lodging from 1 to 5 ⭐ in many countries. I can assure you that I have a more wonderful experience staying in a hostel in Europe than in Park Royal Penang Resort. What’s more disappointing is that I experienced this in my own country. Made 2 separate bookings (different dates on different sites) and I took my time to contact them much earlier to get them to combine my bookings. They replied me and assured that they were duly noted, will do the necessary to make sure a smooth check-in process for me. On the day of checking in, I once again informed the staff that i have contacted them, first thing when she greeted me. Thought she checked it in their system but she didn’t inform me that she just checked me in for only one day - that I have to go down to the counter again the next day to recheck in. Luckily, i noticed it just 30mins before 12pm on the second day itself. Their staff double standards treatment towards us guests was too obvious by the way they greet us local (at least me & my mom) and foreign tourists. Room standard was just mediocre and did not even reach the level of a 3star hotel hygiene & cleanliness in Thailand. A hotel lobby didn’t even smells like a hotel lobby. Checkout experience- no one of their staff cared to ask if we needed assistance, because they were busy assisting a group of foreign guests loading their bags into the van. Overall, i came to ParkRoyal Penang with the highest hope to experience the best stay with my family and i left deeply disappointed.

Had a great experience at this resort — perfect for a relaxing staycation. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and offered an uninterrupted sea view with no trees or buildings blocking the scenery. Truly peaceful. While the water pressure was a bit low when using the shower tap, the ceiling-mounted shower worked perfectly fine. Check-in took a little longer during peak hours, but the waiting lounge made up for it with a comfortable setting and a welcome drink — a nice touch! Breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options, including traditional kuih made using pandan leaves grown on-site — a lovely detail that added to the charm. Overall, the service was great and I definitely look forward to coming back again!
