The location is good, very close to Part Dieu train station. The staff were nice, and the lobby is clean and satisfying to be in. However, the hallways of the third floor weren't particularly clean. The ceiling panelling was falling down and there were some leaks by the lift. The rooms was pleasant and clean except for the toilet where the wall had areas where the paint was peeling off.

從火車站步行可到，衹是沿途很荒涼的樣子。因為一直是沿馬路走，安全是沒問題的。房間衞生、設施都沒問題，中規中矩，去周圍的景區也方便，關鍵是價格美麗。前台小哥熱情還很帥，推薦入住。

非常好的酒店，蓬很高，很高大上的樣子。服務人員很nice。離車站雖然有些距離，但是周圍環境不錯的

駅から近いし設備もばっちり。 1人で泊まりましたが2人で泊まっても十分広いです。お湯の出もいいです。 周りにあまりお店が無いかな〜 バスタブがあったので喜んで浸かりましたがシャワーカーテンが無いのでシャワーを使うと床が濡れちゃいます。バスタブの排水が壊れててフォークを差し込んで排水しました。改善点ですね。

旁邊是一個車站走過來要5分鐘左右，距離火車站不遠，步行十來分鐘。酒店可以送餐，也有早餐。房間裏面配有廚房。

JE NAI JAMAIS DORMI DANS UN ENDROIT AUSSI DÉTÉRIORÉ LE SOL DANS LES COULOIRS est arraché et sale il y a de la peinture LE SOL DANS L APPARTEMET il est complètement hors d'état les lames se soulevent le stratifié se décolle L'ÉTAT D INSALUBRITÉ DE LA SALLE DE BAIN AVEC DES MOISISSURES il y a une concentration de moisissure devant la vitre et surtout derrière l eau coule partout le flexible de douche est trop court tout est vieillot et cassé C'EST INCONCEVABLE ET INACCEPTABLE

Having booked a 'comfort apparthotel', the standard of our apartment was well below the standard we expected, and not at all what the photos suggested we would get. There were holes in the plaster and paintwork on the walls throughout the apartment, and peeling paint. The lights in the bedroom were broken, and curtains hanging off the curtain rails. Lighting was insufficient after dark, and at least one ceiling tile was broken. We didn't receive any housekeeping during our 6 night stay, and had to ask for a new bin bag once the first one was full. The apartment was quite dusty, and the dishwasher quite smelly. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work at all. On the plus side, we had the space we needed and were in a good location, and it was good to have the basic kitchen facilities which you wouldn't get in a hotel. But the quality of the apartment was very poor, especially considering the price we paid. Needless to say, I have already attempted to send this feedback via the contact form on the company's website and had no response.

Watch as things fall apart @ Appart'city. Walls with gashes, baseboards missing, NO A/C & only 1 window opens to very loud street with trains. It gets worse, power failures on regular basis, urine stains in hall, carpet in hall disintegrating, part of hall ceiling just not there. Theres more but I'll leave it. On the other hand the staff was excellent & very helpful & the towels punched above weight. Don't book here if you don't have to!!!!Really!!! Maintenance is not their moto!!!

Mal entretenu , des troues dans les draps, moisissures sur la porte de sallle de bain et la baignoire. Cuisine pas propre Manque de lumière Et un service à la réception à revoir Je déconseille cette hôtel surtout par rapport qualité prix ……..

Une honte d accueillir des clients dans un hôtel aussi pourri! Chambre sale Moquette arrachee, dalles du plafond manquantes. Plinthes décollées. Cet hotel devrait fermer ! Point positif : PERSONNEL DE RESTAURATION TRES AGREABLE ET A L ECOUTE.

Très très insalubre. A besoin d un rafraîchissement en totalité. Je dirai même une arnaque pour un hôtel classé. Les photos parlent d elles même. Je ne mets pas les miennes, elles sont identiques aux commentaires déjà écrits. J ai qu une seule crainte, ce sont les punaises de lits...
