"This property is really close to the train station and that is really helpful. It has an empty feel as the reception is in another building down the street and so you enter the room via code on the doors. Overall the room was adequate with a working television (most of the rooms I have had do not have tvs that work). Overall it was a good stay but amenities are sparse."

TTài khoản kháchA Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

YYunyoudebaobao居住感受中的優缺點在下文一起談論下:
1.酒店位置遠離塵囂 比較幽靜 這就意味着去到市區比較折騰～上午會有3趟Shuttle Bus 下午也會有3趟送達市區入口 當然下午也有3趟返程（酒店收取€2.50/次乘坐）。
房間隔音效果較差~有時候甚至會有點吵。
這家酒店位置有點偏～出門去市區如果打車的話 基本在€23-€35 [這個區間的價格我都有打到過 火車站（新聖母瑪利亞車站）到酒店是€32-€35 市區到酒店在€23-€32區間]
2.酒店有個小食吧/酒吧（Snack Bar）漢堡價格很高, 我到達那天由於趕火車的原因一天沒吃東西～點了個漢堡€20歐/個 提拉米蘇€10/份～當時上菜的速度真的超級超級慢。正餐餐廳&早餐是同一個用餐地點——晚餐的菜單選擇比較少且價格較貴 不推薦。我是因為獨自旅行 所以幾頓晚餐都是回酒店吃的（怕在外逗留太晚不安全）。
3.前台服務總體還不錯。有問必答。
4.酒店封面那個泳池是沒有的（拆了好久了）我當初很大程度上也是被泳池吸引, 選了這家酒店。不過露天的院子裏現在有個瀑布可以觀賞。
5.如果不自駕的話 不建議大家選這家入住 因為出行交通不便 基本繞不開打車的需求 除非每天的行程完全按照Shuttle Bus的接送時間走。當然～有米不在乎那點錢的老闆們請隨意～

MmumuziThis stay really surprised me. I was concerned about the facilities would be outdated or the noisy from the rooftop. Turned out none of them were a problem. It's got an vintage looking but the room is clean and the amenities worked fine.
The staffs were super nice and friendly to us and made this trip much easier for me. I would definitely book it again if there's a second time

HHappyhippooThe hotel is located near Central Station, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Across a small path from the hotel is the Central Market, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), the historic old town, and the museum. The rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

TTài khoản kháchTHe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area.

TTài khoản kháchGreat location, especially good for intercity travel through SMN station. Room size is not big but good enough for us to mange luggages, and to take rest. We love their breakfast, good taste and mix of croissants, coffee, fruit, cereal, cheese,.. etc, charged only at Euro 15 per head. If I have to pick something better for improvement, I would say that the hotel rate per day at off season could be 20% or 30% discount.

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
