TTài khoản kháchA Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

TTài khoản kháchKhách sạn khá khó tìm. Sau khi vào, bạn phải lên tầng 5. Bạn cần dùng mã PIN để mở cửa, chứ không phải đường link trong email. Phải vất vả lắm mới tìm được. Ngoài ra, còn có tiếng chó sủa bên trong cửa ở tầng 4.
Ngoài ra, không có điểm trừ nào khác. Phòng rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, có nước khoáng. So với giá tiền thì rất đáng đồng tiền bát gạo.

MmumuziThis stay really surprised me. I was concerned about the facilities would be outdated or the noisy from the rooftop. Turned out none of them were a problem. It's got an vintage looking but the room is clean and the amenities worked fine.
The staffs were super nice and friendly to us and made this trip much easier for me. I would definitely book it again if there's a second time

Pp.pchanĐây là lần thứ hai tôi ở Ostello Bello. Tôi chọn nhà nghỉ này vì vị trí thuận tiện. Thật tuyệt khi họ tặng một phiếu đổi lấy đồ uống chào mừng và có rất nhiều hoạt động để tham gia.
Một số nơi trong nhà nghỉ chắc chắn cần được nâng cấp sớm muộn gì… bệ toilet trong nhà vệ sinh chung của phòng mái vòm bị nứt và chắc chắn cần được thay thế sớm.
Hơi lạ là họ tính phí giữ hành lý khác nhau (trước khi nhận phòng - 5 euro cố định / sau khi nhận phòng - 3,5 euro/kiện), có lẽ là do thời gian giữ hành lý chăng?

TTài khoản kháchTHe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area.

HHappyhippooThe hotel is located near Central Station, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Across a small path from the hotel is the Central Market, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), the historic old town, and the museum. The rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

TTài khoản kháchNhân viên rất thân thiện. Thật bất ngờ khi thấy người giữ chìa khóa giống như trong phim. Phòng hơi cũ nhưng vẫn ổn. Tuy nhiên, tiếng ồn giữa các tầng quá lớn khiến tôi tự hỏi liệu người ở tầng trên có đang chạy nhảy gì không. Bữa sáng gồm có bánh mì, bánh sừng bò và bánh quy, cũng như giăm bông, phô mai, ngũ cốc, sữa, sữa chua, mứt, nước ép, cà phê, dưa hấu, dưa lưới, cà chua và dưa chuột.
