Warm, friendly staff who gave good and practical advice about the protests and safety, much appreciated . Housekeeping was impeccable and thoughtful and really prompt with adhoc requests.  Rooms are large (size norms from a different time) and the mix of analog vintage features and updated features is charming. Clear and strong WIFI , clean rooms especially for tropical setting The buffet spread is excellent quality, clean and a good mix of delicious local and international continental options.  The spa is lovely, though service can vary - I had a lovely therapist and my friend’s therapist was using her phone during the session (which is not acceptable at any massage place, what more at this spot) incongruous with the very high service and hospitality standards set by the rest of the staff. Would come back and stay here again!

Best part of the hotel is their staffs. All are friendly and try their best to help. All good except AC is inconsistent. It turns off middle of the night. Also water pressure is low. Breakfast is reasonable. Other than that, all good.

Affordable, modern and clean. Shopping mall is literally next door and selection of eateries are available in the surrounding. The building looks new and therefore modern and clean, however the room lacked soundproofing, you can hear any noise from the corridor and the surrounding rooms. Lobby is on the second floor, was confused when we reached. Parking is very limited, we were fortunate that we got spot to park, my guess you won't be so lucky during weekend or busy days. Staffs are nice and helpful. Very near to the train station which is one of the primary reason we chose to give this hotel a try.

VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. FOOD WAS OK THE TOILET IN MY ROOM NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. i HAD TO ALLOW TGHE WATER TO FLOW FOR 23 MINUTES BEFORE THE WATER IN THE SHOWER BECAME WARM..

Was a small room with the essentials you need for a night or two. Location was good and near most places.

Dịch vụ là tuyệt vời, họ tốt bụng, lịch sự và hữu ích. Cười không bao giờ bỏ mặt của họ và họ luôn cố gắng giúp đỡ nhanh chóng. Bữa sáng rất tuyệt, ngon, và sự lựa chọn càng tuyệt vời hơn, họ có rất nhiều loại thức ăn Indonesia. Phòng có kích thước tuyệt vời, sàn được quét rõ ràng, phòng tắm sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ ( mang theo máy sấy tóc bcs cái họ có không tuyệt vời như vậy). Nhưng thất vọng với các bạn dọn dẹp, mình dùng cái gạo và kính ngày 1 và họ còn không phiền dọn dẹp, chỉ đặt ở điểm bình thường. Mình cố ”nói” lại vào ngày hôm sau mà họ vẫn chưa dọn gì 🥲🥲

Staff was friendly and the location is central. But the bathroom was smaller than on the pictures, tv had problems and the AC always blown cold air even when it was on 30 degrees. Asked for room change twice, they don’t allowed it

A very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.
