Affordable, modern and clean. Shopping mall is literally next door and selection of eateries are available in the surrounding. The building looks new and therefore modern and clean, however the room lacked soundproofing, you can hear any noise from the corridor and the surrounding rooms. Lobby is on the second floor, was confused when we reached. Parking is very limited, we were fortunate that we got spot to park, my guess you won't be so lucky during weekend or busy days. Staffs are nice and helpful. Very near to the train station which is one of the primary reason we chose to give this hotel a try.

Room was pretty small and air conditioning was noisy. Disappointed with the cleanliness as there were dirty spots on the bed linen, and we saw a small cockroach in the room plus flies in the shower. The only positives of this stay were the helpful staff and convenient location opposite a mall.

Reasonable goog rooms for the price you pay. Big rool room with clear valley view. The restaurant nx door offer delicious meals. Don't mind to stay here again for nx visit to Sapa.

A very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.
