Breakfast was nice and not to busy if you go at 8am. Expect to queue otherwise
Cons - we did the roulette but they didn't even tell us which hotel we were in. We ended up just turning up to el paso and finding that we were meant to be staying there.
They also failed to send through our room number and then to top it off after giving details to reception for our pickup car the security refused entry because they hadn't been sent through.
Pool side loungers were really uncomfortable. Toilet paper was worse than the 2 star budget we stayed in next and some toiletries that were meant to be provided were empty.
I wouldn't class this as a 4star hotel and we didn't even visit in peak season so some of the above isn't something I would expect.

TTài khoản kháchOverall it was good….excellent food, lovely room, excellent service.
The downside was as it wasn’t very sunny there wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel itself during the day.
The single jacuzzi was always full and the indoor pool was freezing!
Also although the gym had a couple of nice machines there were very few (nothing for triceps or biceps) and no free weights.
I probably would go for a more adult oriented hotel in Salou next time but if these things don’t matter to you I would definitely recommend staying here!

TTài khoản kháchMuy bien el hotel e instalaciones, frío en la habitación y no funcionaba la calefacción. Las habitaciones anexas estuvieron molestando con ruidos, juerga y conversaciones muy altas por el pasillo hasta las 2 de la mañana. Espera de una fila 35 minutos para entrar a cenar

TTài khoản kháchHotel El Paso está cercano al parque. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal es muy amable. La oferta en los restaurantes es bastante amplia, pero disponer sólo de 1h para cenar o 40’ para desayunar es del todo escaso, y más si vas con niños. Además hay unas colas tremendas para coger la comida caliente, de modo que eso no me ha gustado nada. No obstante, merece la pena si se pasan dos días en el parque.

SSulleyACan’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Thanks for amazing service 4R Playa Park Hotel.

NNVilaHabitación individual un poco justa. No hay escritorio sino q un palmo de estantería. Suelo con tachones . No hay cortina blanca así q si quieres privacidad tienes que echar la opaca y así no ves nada dentro. Vista piscina en un rincón.
Comedor: Cena, plancha deficiente y mejorable (quizás así se acerca alguien). Primeros justos, 5 metros de mostrador xa 4 boles de ensalada y 2 platitos individuales a elegir. Segundos sin ninguna gracia. Desayuno: Los mismos 5 metros con 4 embutidos y 4 ensaladas. Camareros ”todos a una” dejando los carros allí donde les parece. Cubiertos limpios al lado, a tocar, de los vasos sucios.
Triunfo en comedor xa la plancha en tortitas, tortillas y huevos fritos. Zumos naturales y pizzas.
No estaría mal que los responsables de la comida se esmeraran un poco.

Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente.
La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

JJana IOur stay was wonderful. All the stuff is so kind and gentle. Only one little thing the : the key to open the room took time , I mean didn’t work properly. But , we could open. The place was so clean. Thanks to all stuff and the energy of the place 🙏🏻❤️🕉️We will love to book again.
