TTài khoản kháchMuy bien el hotel e instalaciones, frío en la habitación y no funcionaba la calefacción. Las habitaciones anexas estuvieron molestando con ruidos, juerga y conversaciones muy altas por el pasillo hasta las 2 de la mañana. Espera de una fila 35 minutos para entrar a cenar

TTài khoản kháchLe personnel est très gentil et souriant. Nous avons été surclassé car la borne de recharge électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Un geste très gentil de la part de l'hôtel.La chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle d'eau. La literie est confortable. En revanche il y a un problème d'insonorisation ont entend vraiment beaucoup les voisins. Il manquait aussi un brise vue sur la terrasse pour avoir plus d'intimité avec la chambre voisine.
Par contre le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon et varié.

SSulleyACan’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Thanks for amazing service 4R Playa Park Hotel.

NNVilaHabitación individual un poco justa. No hay escritorio sino q un palmo de estantería. Suelo con tachones . No hay cortina blanca así q si quieres privacidad tienes que echar la opaca y así no ves nada dentro. Vista piscina en un rincón.
Comedor: Cena, plancha deficiente y mejorable (quizás así se acerca alguien). Primeros justos, 5 metros de mostrador xa 4 boles de ensalada y 2 platitos individuales a elegir. Segundos sin ninguna gracia. Desayuno: Los mismos 5 metros con 4 embutidos y 4 ensaladas. Camareros ”todos a una” dejando los carros allí donde les parece. Cubiertos limpios al lado, a tocar, de los vasos sucios.
Triunfo en comedor xa la plancha en tortitas, tortillas y huevos fritos. Zumos naturales y pizzas.
No estaría mal que los responsables de la comida se esmeraran un poco.

JJana IOur stay was wonderful. All the stuff is so kind and gentle. Only one little thing the : the key to open the room took time , I mean didn’t work properly. But , we could open. The place was so clean. Thanks to all stuff and the energy of the place 🙏🏻❤️🕉️We will love to book again.

Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente.
La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Habíamos solicitado habitación con una cama pero en verdad habían dos de matrimonio. Disponen de neverita con detalle gratuito (kas naranja, agua y Pepsi). En el baño hay secador, champú, gel y crema de cuerpo, también cepillo de dientes con mini pasta y peine.
El buffet libre un poco escaso, largas colas para la comida recién hecha y los postres templados en vez de fríos. Además, están todo el rato pendientes para retirarte los platos, cosa que llega a ser molesto.
Los animadores infantiles unos encantos. El horario de la sala es justo, se debería ampliar el horario de tarde.
