Bra läge i Salou. Rent och bra service. Utrustningen i köket var tyvärr mkt dålig. Skålformade kastruller som hoppade omkring på spisen, kaffebryggare som vi fick utbytt till en som tog 30 min och inte höll värmen, stekspade och andra verktyg saknades helt.

Rooms are really clean so no problems there. We opted for bed and breakfast but this was appalling. No kettle in our room which I would of though as standard for any hotel. No option of renting one either. Wouldn't come back.

Stayed here as a family of 5 for a week in October 2023. We arrived on an early flight so the apartment wasn't quite ready but the lovely lady on reception took our bags and advised us to come back in a short while, so we went off for a little wander (and a cold beer or two!) when we came back we were given the details of the apartment, paid the €200 deposit (and tourist tax for the three over 17's in our party which was only a few euros each per night) The apartment was up a bit of a hill and we found the block quite easily, once in the apartment we were very impressed by the cleanliness, we had a double bed with quite possibly THE comfiest mattress I've slept on! A second twin room perfect for our teenage sons and then a sofa bed in the lounge, along with 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub) and a very well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher (although no kettle!) The balcony was spacious and had a nice view of the pool area. Once we checked out we made sure to ***** the beds and remove all the rubbish and our deposit was back in my bank account as soon as we landed in the U.K. All in all I would highly recommend these apartments, they are in a quiet part of salou but no more than 10-15 minute to the Main Street where you can pick up a bus to Port Aventura (get a travel card from the plana bus shop - it's really good value for money and makes bus travel so easy!)

On arriving our apartment was not ready so we had to walk around salou in 29 degrees in full clothes for 3 hours, when finally given the key to the apartment it was like you needed to be a locksmith to be able to open the door twisting the key in all different directions to get it to open , then once in the rooms we could see mould and other stains I don't even like to of what they were. But we thought let's just stay as we were all tired, wow what a mistake that was I have been to many places in my life all over the world but I can honestly say I have never stayed somewhere as noisy, we were put in an apartment below a family who had brought there dog which you could hear its claws walking around on the tiled floor above all night, the people were even worse the would be dragging the plastic chairs across the floor all night for some reason and the man would just be shouting all night, in 6 nights I got a total of 9 hours sleep the only other sleep I got was at the beach. They also make you give a £200 deposit and say you have to clean all the kitchen before leaving and leave nothing in it. So all in all its the worst place I have ever stayed. The place was like a loony hospital.
