Muy bien el hotel e instalaciones, frío en la habitación y no funcionaba la calefacción. Las habitaciones anexas estuvieron molestando con ruidos, juerga y conversaciones muy altas por el pasillo hasta las 2 de la mañana. Espera de una fila 35 minutos para entrar a cenar

Pros - close to the park and close enough to go for food at night. Breakfast was nice and not to busy if you go at 8am. Expect to queue otherwise Cons - we did the roulette but they didn't even tell us which hotel we were in. We ended up just turning up to el paso and finding that we were meant to be staying there. They also failed to send through our room number and then to top it off after giving details to reception for our pickup car the security refused entry because they hadn't been sent through. Pool side loungers were really uncomfortable. Toilet paper was worse than the 2 star budget we stayed in next and some toiletries that were meant to be provided were empty. I wouldn't class this as a 4star hotel and we didn't even visit in peak season so some of the above isn't something I would expect.

Encantado de hospedarme allí. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita, céntrico, cerca de todo. Buffet delicioso y económico, volveré.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Great option to stay if you want to visit Port Aventura amusement park. Staying for the night at the hotel will grant you access to the park on both days, the check-in and the check-out. Rooms are clean and comfortable, for a good rest after spending the day at the park. The swimming pool is also amazing, big and beautiful, it is an adventure in itself. Only issue is the service: you can feel that the staff do their best, however during peak season, they are so busy that for sure you will have to line up in order to get anything done. They are moving ahead and making moves for automatic self-service processes: like self- check out, but still is not enough. You gotta then have some patience and wait until your turn comes.

Здравствуйте! Проживали в данном отеле с 25 июля по 5 августа 2025 года! Отель расположен очень удобно и к пляжу и к автобусной остановке Bus Plana! Очень удобно добираться в парк развлечений и аэропорт! Сервис тоже хороший! Весь персонал приветлив и быстро решает вопрос! Все очень стараются! Однозначно рекомендую! Крепкая 4-ка

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

La ubicación de este Hotel es perfecta, cerca de supermercados, de la playa y de varios restaurantes y bares. Puedes ir caminando tranquilamente por los alrededores. El hotel es limpio y habitaciones amplias.
