TTài khoản kháchOverall it was good….excellent food, lovely room, excellent service.
The downside was as it wasn’t very sunny there wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel itself during the day.
The single jacuzzi was always full and the indoor pool was freezing!
Also although the gym had a couple of nice machines there were very few (nothing for triceps or biceps) and no free weights.
I probably would go for a more adult oriented hotel in Salou next time but if these things don’t matter to you I would definitely recommend staying here!

Breakfast was nice and not to busy if you go at 8am. Expect to queue otherwise
Cons - we did the roulette but they didn't even tell us which hotel we were in. We ended up just turning up to el paso and finding that we were meant to be staying there.
They also failed to send through our room number and then to top it off after giving details to reception for our pickup car the security refused entry because they hadn't been sent through.
Pool side loungers were really uncomfortable. Toilet paper was worse than the 2 star budget we stayed in next and some toiletries that were meant to be provided were empty.
I wouldn't class this as a 4star hotel and we didn't even visit in peak season so some of the above isn't something I would expect.

MMarc GaldonFerrerGreat option to stay if you want to visit Port Aventura amusement park.
Staying for the night at the hotel will grant you access to the park on both days, the check-in and the check-out.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, for a good rest after spending the day at the park.
The swimming pool is also amazing, big and beautiful, it is an adventure in itself.
Only issue is the service: you can feel that the staff do their best, however during peak season, they are so busy that for sure you will have to line up in order to get anything done. They are moving ahead and making moves for automatic self-service processes: like self- check out, but still is not enough. You gotta then have some patience and wait until your turn comes.

SSulleyACan’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Thanks for amazing service 4R Playa Park Hotel.

Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente.
La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

NNonaswag97Las habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, el hotel estaba bien, camareros algunos más simpáticos que otros pero la comida del restaurante congelada y bastante mala para lo que te cobran, a parte de que pides CocaCola o Fanta y te traen el vaso ya servido (sin lata ni botellín) y claramente eso no era de esas marcas (y te lo cobran igual también, carísimo). La ubicación muy bien, cerca de todo. El buffet sólo tenía desayuno y un poco escaso, a parte de tener que hacer bastante cola para entrar porque el comedor no es lo suficientemente grande para abarcar con tanta gente. La piscina está bien pero no hay ningun tipo de organizacion con las hamacas, cada uno la pone donde quiere cuando quiere y es un poco desastre. Lo recomiendo pero con bajas expectativas.
