Overall it was good….excellent food, lovely room, excellent service. The downside was as it wasn’t very sunny there wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel itself during the day. The single jacuzzi was always full and the indoor pool was freezing! Also although the gym had a couple of nice machines there were very few (nothing for triceps or biceps) and no free weights. I probably would go for a more adult oriented hotel in Salou next time but if these things don’t matter to you I would definitely recommend staying here!

Muy bien el hotel e instalaciones, frío en la habitación y no funcionaba la calefacción. Las habitaciones anexas estuvieron molestando con ruidos, juerga y conversaciones muy altas por el pasillo hasta las 2 de la mañana. Espera de una fila 35 minutos para entrar a cenar

I am super happy with literally everything. I would definitely book again. The apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable. I felt safe and the service of Aya (receptionist) was outstanding.

Très belle hôtel, bonne emplacement proche de la ville mêle si c'est dans des rue un peu pommé. Chambre très petite et très simpliste, rideau qui ne sont pas du tout occultant, lit très petit, aucune isolation sonore ( on entends même le bip de l'ascenseur, donc imaginez vous.. ) Salle de bain moderne mais l'eau très chaude voir bouillante par moment, il n'y avais pas d'eau froide très souvent. Personnel aimable.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, el hotel estaba bien, camareros algunos más simpáticos que otros pero la comida del restaurante congelada y bastante mala para lo que te cobran, a parte de que pides CocaCola o Fanta y te traen el vaso ya servido (sin lata ni botellín) y claramente eso no era de esas marcas (y te lo cobran igual también, carísimo). La ubicación muy bien, cerca de todo. El buffet sólo tenía desayuno y un poco escaso, a parte de tener que hacer bastante cola para entrar porque el comedor no es lo suficientemente grande para abarcar con tanta gente. La piscina está bien pero no hay ningun tipo de organizacion con las hamacas, cada uno la pone donde quiere cuando quiere y es un poco desastre. Lo recomiendo pero con bajas expectativas.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Our stay was wonderful. All the stuff is so kind and gentle. Only one little thing the : the key to open the room took time , I mean didn’t work properly. But , we could open. The place was so clean. Thanks to all stuff and the energy of the place 🙏🏻❤️🕉️We will love to book again. Have a beautiful day full of peace and love .

La ubicación de este Hotel es perfecta, cerca de supermercados, de la playa y de varios restaurantes y bares. Puedes ir caminando tranquilamente por los alrededores. El hotel es limpio y habitaciones amplias.
