A lovely restful retreat. Great location and bus service. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean and very nice toiletries, lovely friendly restaurant great menu and gd pricing , great jacuzzi and good area for walking.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Parking garage was big but could use signage! The hot pools were refreshing. Lots of cozy areas to sit and relax- perfect for a couples retreat. Would have enjoyed a coffee and water station, and a spot to grab a muffin or fruit. Aside from that, zero complaints here! We’ll be back.

We had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals. The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Hotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease. More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor. This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff. Helped Changed dollars to coins so that we could use the washing machine and the drying machine. Got basement car parking for security as the gate door will be automatically open and close. Also in the morning, you don't have to wipe off/ away the snow on the car! Got vending machine to buy Aquafina water etc

Khách sạn cung cấp vé đưa đón miễn phí và các trạm xe buýt chỉ cách một dãy nhà. Khách sạn cũng cung cấp bãi đậu xe miễn phí và chúng tôi không gặp khó khăn gì khi tìm chỗ đậu xe trong thời gian lưu trú (tháng 7 năm 2025). Một số người đánh giá khác đã đề cập đến vấn đề chỗ đậu xe, nhưng vấn đề này chỉ xảy ra vào mùa trượt tuyết khi hầu hết mọi người đến bằng ô tô. Phòng của chúng tôi rộng rãi và có ban công. The room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car.

Có ấm đun nước, máy sấy tóc, mọi thứ tôi cần. Ngoài ra còn có một phòng tập thể dục nhỏ. Dịch vụ của nhân viên cũng tạm được (họ quên gọi điện cho tôi mặc dù tôi đã yêu cầu gọi điện thoại trước). May mắn thay, lúc đó tôi vẫn đang bị lệch múi giờ và không hề ngủ quên trước khi làm thủ tục lên xe đưa đón sân bay vào sáng sớm. Giá cả hợp lý
