Tôi không gặp phải vấn đề đỗ xe như đã đề cập trong các đánh giá khác. Tôi đến vào cuối tuần trước Ngày Quốc khánh Canada vào cuối tháng Sáu, và luôn có chỗ đỗ xe vào buổi sáng, buổi chiều và buổi tối. Phòng của tôi ở cuối hành lang nên khá yên tĩnh; nếu ở giữa thì có lẽ sẽ không yên tĩnh như vậy. Cả hai bồn tắm nước nóng đều đang hoạt động, và mọi người đang ngâm chân vào đó vào buổi sáng và buổi tối. Thang máy cũng hoạt động tốt. Ngoài ra còn có máy làm đá với đá miễn phí. Very clean hotel, probably recently renovated because the hallways had that new car smell. Clara at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Location is also great within Banff. My only complaint is related to the temperature controls in the room. I like a cool room, and whatever I did, I could not get the temperature to drop. Even set at the lowest, with fan at maximum, the temperature stayed above 20c.

A lovely restful retreat. Great location and bus service. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean and very nice toiletries, lovely friendly restaurant great menu and gd pricing , great jacuzzi and good area for walking.

We had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals. The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Friendly staff. Helped Changed dollars to coins so that we could use the washing machine and the drying machine. Got basement car parking for security as the gate door will be automatically open and close. Also in the morning, you don't have to wipe off/ away the snow on the car! Got vending machine to buy Aquafina water etc

Khách sạn cung cấp vé đưa đón miễn phí và các trạm xe buýt chỉ cách một dãy nhà. Khách sạn cũng cung cấp bãi đậu xe miễn phí và chúng tôi không gặp khó khăn gì khi tìm chỗ đậu xe trong thời gian lưu trú (tháng 7 năm 2025). Một số người đánh giá khác đã đề cập đến vấn đề chỗ đậu xe, nhưng vấn đề này chỉ xảy ra vào mùa trượt tuyết khi hầu hết mọi người đến bằng ô tô. Phòng của chúng tôi rộng rãi và có ban công. Điều phàn nàn duy nhất của tôi là phòng nằm n*** cạnh thang máy và tiếng ồn từ thang máy khá khó chịu. Thang máy hơi cũ và gây ra tiếng ồn lớn. The room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car.

We were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.
