Tôi rất hài lòng. Khách sạn nằm n*** trung tâm đại lộ Banff và thậm chí còn có bãi đậu xe rộng rãi riêng. Lễ tân và các nhân viên khác đều rất thân thiện. Phòng rất rộng và yên tĩnh. Dưới tầng là cửa hàng kem nổi tiếng nhất Banff; đến 10 giờ tối vẫn còn một hàng dài người xếp hàng.

Overall, it is a good stay in Banff. Walking distance to the mail street. There is one thing that can be improved, you can only go to the basement carpark after you check in at the counter. However, there is no space around the hotel front to temporarily park your car while you check in.

The room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car.

Friendly staff. Helped Changed dollars to coins so that we could use the washing machine and the drying machine. Got basement car parking for security as the gate door will be automatically open and close. Also in the morning, you don't have to wipe off/ away the snow on the car! Got vending machine to buy Aquafina water etc

We were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.

We did a little staycation in Banff from Calgary and overall had a great time. The cave pool was a big hit, but just a heads up that it’s not really a “swimming pool.” It’s more like a large cave-style hot tub. It’s shallow, and the water is fairly hot, so the kids couldn’t really swim or put their faces under the water. The cave setup is very cool though, and the adults really enjoyed it for relaxing. The dry sauna was also great. We stayed in a suite with two double beds, plus a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchenette. We were happy with the layout. The suite was clean, but it is definitely dated. One downside was the TVs. I know you don’t go to Banff to sit and watch TV, but it would be nice if they updated to smart TVs. If you’re traveling with kids, I’d suggest bringing a Fire Stick or Chromecast. Even an HDMI cable to connect a laptop would work, but make sure you download movies ahead of time because the Wi-Fi in our area was pretty spotty and the kids kept losing connection. The front desk staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made parking easy, provided bus passes, and explained local info without us having to ask a bunch of questions. We’d stay here again, and next time we’ll definitely bring something for the TV so we can do an easy movie night after a busy day.

Vị trí đắc địa, rất gần phố chính, nơi có rất nhiều nhà hàng và cửa hàng lưu niệm. Gần đó có siêu thị. Có trạm xe buýt (xe buýt số 1 gần n*** phía trước). Phòng rộng rãi và được sưởi ấm rất nhanh. Có ấm đun nước, máy sấy tóc, mọi thứ tôi cần. Ngoài ra còn có một phòng tập thể dục nhỏ. Dịch vụ của nhân viên cũng tạm được (họ quên gọi điện cho tôi mặc dù tôi đã yêu cầu gọi điện thoại trước). May mắn thay, lúc đó tôi vẫn đang bị lệch múi giờ và không hề ngủ quên trước khi làm thủ tục lên xe đưa đón sân bay vào sáng sớm. Giá cả hợp lý

Khách sạn này có giá trị tuyệt vời cho vị trí và giá cả. Nhân viên thân thiện, khách sạn sạch sẽ và thoải mái, tiện nghi như mô tả. Bạn cần phải làm thủ tục nhận phòng ở bên cạnh, nhưng điều này không bất tiện. Khách sạn cho phép bạn sử dụng bãi đậu xe ngầm miễn phí cho đến 4 giờ chiều vào ngày trả phòng, điều này thật tuyệt.
