This room is a huge step down from the deluxe room. It fronts a noisy street. Small television that doesn’t work and it is next to a room that one of the staff uses and he watched tv at top volume much of the day and till near midnight. If you do stay here because it is close to the train station then get the deluxe room that has its own bathroom.

I booked the room with a private bathroom for two nights and it was a good no frills room. I booked an extra night in a room with the external bathroom and it was terrible. As it was facing the street and the tv did not work. The strange thing about it was the deluxe room with the private bathroom was roughly the same money as the room with the external bathroom.

I had a short overnight stay so the location is ideal about 400m walking from the main train station. Although a good location it is not a good area at night, a lot of homeless people but there are also some nice restaurants on Garabaldi Square and good coffee shops nearby for pastries and coffee for breakfast. The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of the building, big staircase and as others say no lift. Not good for older people or if you have big luggage to carry. The Checkin was fine, the man explained the basics and took me to my room. The cleanliness was perfect, so clean, plenty of fresh white towels, and bathroom was spotless, no problem there. He also gave me the remote control for the air conditioning and that also worked really great so you could sleep well. Bed was fine, seemed clean also, as someone said Quirky decoration. And surprisingly quiet. So if you aren’t after a fancy hotel room it’s fine. Only Basic liquid soap amenity supplied. The Front door is locked at 8 pm, and the hotel rooms access, they give you a keys to access, so it seems quite safe, closing early in that area is probably a good thing . Easy to walk to the Old Town and all the sights.

Hi there, I spent two days at this hotel, and really liked the place. This is a nice, simple hotel near the railway station with all the facilities. I would say it is a hostel rather than a hotel. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby. The kind of hotel to sleep over for a couple of days. The downside of the hotel is the dirty street where the hotel is located and the number of homeless people stunning, but for travelers who like extreme, it is the ideal place.

It was a nice place, but it was very hard to find owner or someone to speak to or ask about something. Must ask for wi-fi password, supose to be seen on the wall. Pillows very small and hard. Overall, nice place for this price but without “ wow” effect.

Mainly because it's cheap, I think it's okay, in short, it's not a big problem if you just sleep

四百多的酒店，連個衞生間都沒有！連個落後縣城八十塊的招待所都不如。可能前台大哥的工作生活受到了挫折，態度差的要命，好像客人去打攪他、欠了他幾年的錢不還一樣。這是一家從軟件到硬件都不建議入住的酒店。

La ubicación es muy conveniente si quieres usar el tren o bus para ir a la costa amalfitana, además esta la primera estación de la línea 1 del metro así que puedes llegar fácil y rapido a todos lados (ciertamente la zona es igual a cualquiera que se encuentra en los alrededores de las estaciones de tren) el hotel está en un 3er piso de un edificio que no tiene ascensor, si vas con poco equipaje como yo no es problema. El staff fue muy amable todo el tiempo, antes del check in me custodiaron el equipaje para que yo pudiera salir a conocer tranquila, y luego del check out igual me permitieron dejar mi bolso para salir a dar una vuelta.

A localização do hotel é boa (perto de todo tipo de comércio e tem muitas opções de transporte), porém a região não parece muito segura. O hotel estava limpo e era muito confortável. Recomendo!

Excellent location for trains, metro and airport bus. Loads of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and an excellent supermarket 30 seconds away. There's also a launderette 2 minutes away if needed and a pharmacy on the corner. Rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable. Toilet and shower is shared but ultra modern and clean. My room had a balcony with table and chair which was nice. I would definitely stay here next time in Napoli. The hotel is on 2nd floor i.e 2 up from Street so if you struggle with stairs or heavy luggage you may struggle. But apart from that it's perfect for a short break in Napoli. I felt safe in the local area even at night. Excellent value for money.

Buona posizione e servizio. Consiglio per pernottamenti a Napoli. Non molto lontanto dal centro, circa 15 minuti a piedi! Pulizia delle camere buona, bagni puliti e ordinati. Proprietario cordiale. Lo terremo in considerazione per altre occasioni.

Wir checkten mit gemischten Gefühlen ein und checkten aus rundum zufrieden. Wir waren zu Dritt und hatten ein Zimmer mit integriertem Bad/WC. Das Réception des Hotel Ginevra befindet sich in einem alten - fast schon historischem Haus mit breiter Treppe und Marmor. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber mit einem speziellen Ambiente. Die Betten (1 grosses Doppelbett und ein Kajütenbett) hatten gute Matratzen. Die Hotelpreise in Neapel horrend sind, war das "Ginevra" sicher kein Schnäppchen, aber den Preis wert. In Minutendistanz hat es 1 Trattoria/Pizzeria (ab 6 €), eine Cafeteria mit frischen Croissants und Süssgebäck sowie eine Top Supermarkt mit fertigen, wohlschmeckenden Fertig Gerichten zum ins um die Ecke liegende "Ginevra" mitzunehmen. Der Hauptbahnhof (Napoli Centrale) ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt mit hervorragenden ÖV Verbindungen in alle Richtungen (Pompei, Meer, Città vecchia, Meerpromenade. Im Bahnhof hat es ein gewaltiges Gastronomieangebot. Und auf der Piazza Grande mehrere wirklich sehr gute Terrassen-Restaurants. Abgesehen von den Hotelpreisen ist Napoli eine echte Geniesser Destination mit sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Einheimischen (im Vergleich zu Milano oder Roma). Und sehr preiswert bei guter Qualität. Und zum Schluss; auf dem Weg vom Hotel zum quirligen Bahnhofviertel fühlten wir uns abends sicherer als im Züricher Bahnhof. Erstaunlich: Fußgänger werden auch abseits der Zebrastreifen mit einer freundlichen Handbewegung über die Strasse gelassen 9
