This trip was wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable. From the moment we checked in, our Butler, Eleven would proactively ask us if we needed anything each day. Eleven responded immediately and personally took care of everything. It was such a pleasant experience! The food was great, and at the Chinese Restaurant (御粤阁海景中餐厅) our waitress Mei Wu gave extremely good service. The grounds around the hotel are particularly suitable for taking pictures. The travel photography results are simply amazing! The temperature in the room couldn't be controlled precisely on a cold evening. When we mentioned it, Eleven immediately provided an extra blanket. It was truly thoughtful!

Spectacular seaview from high floor rooms, everything else frankly not very good. Breakfast room very umpleasant

The staff are really nice and they try to help you and always smiling to you, the swimming pool are good but the kids one is little bit small, the breakfast is good and they have a lot of children activities, the we had is good but little bit old and needs to be clean specially the carpets , the massage chair was poor and not working will , the beach is clean, and it will be bitter if they do clear sign 🪧 for the direction of the beach specially for kids wheelchair

Clean hotel with 3 swimming pool . Western breakfast. Enjoy lots. clean beach but not allow swimming reasonable price

this hotel is beautiful, the location , the service really 5 star have many swimming pools and the one for kids have warm water . Many thanks to Peter who took care of us . He suggested places to go and arrange anything you really need for staying at hotel . Friendly staff clean hotel have private peach in fact we enjoyed our stay there and for the kids was fun. Definitely will come again. Thanks to everyone

Every thing was average. Too simple and simply decorated room. There was dust on the floor in the room all the time and gaps at the bottom of the walls. Washroom door was not working properly. Sink was very low, taps were high and water always splashed out and made a mess on the floor. Bathroom was too big which was useless. Breakfast was also average. Corridor was big noisy. Kids swimming pool was quite small and always remain full. There was no English speaker there. Over all it was an average hotel.

Peter is good manager. Good service, good support. That hotel is so amazing. Our family so happy. Next time I will come back again with my whole family. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent hotel for relaxation with your partner

Our room was facing the ocean. It was lovely to hear the waves while sleeping. The room was big and clean. The bathroom/dressing area was the same length of the room... lovely. The pool personnel was nice and friendly. One of the pools was closed, however the sea view pool was nice when it wasn't interrupted by guests shouting into their phones or smoking to the side. The wind blows smoke towards the lounge chairs, so smoking anywhere near the pool should be banned. Unfortunate that it isn't a rule for smokers to smoke nowhere in the vicinity of pools. The breakfast was nice in the selection. However, when screaming kids it turned what could have been a relaxing start to the day to one of wolfing down food to escape the chaos. Bus boys would look at our table with empty plates and just look... not take our plates away. Not sure why. We can speak Chinese and even if English scared them away, it was just a plate. Would I return? Yes, because of the lovely view from the room, the size of the room, the pool, the cleanliness, landscaping, and beach (size and cleanliness).

Very nice hotel with good location in Haitang bay. There is a Thai, Chinese and Western food restaurant in the hotel.

Perhaps it is not the high season (August trip), but the food street and all but a couple of the shops were closed. This was inconvenient. The villa (8610) was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was always available to bring a golf cart to bring us from the villa to the main building. The on premise seafood restaurant was pricey for the service and quality. The breakfast food and selection was very good, although the lack of available sitting forced us to sit in the overflow area, which was not air conditioned. There are virtually no on premise activities and you cannot swim at the beach due to rip tides. Taxi fare to the duty free and other locations is inexpensive and taxis are always available.
