Room design quite funny that I got "headshot" when I wake up everytime. Not so convenient when I really want to reach to the other places but taxi is reasily to find.

Hotel was overall great. Rooms were neat and interiors were tasteful. Would recommend introducing room service and adding more options to the food menu. Rest, the place is ambient.

Overall the hotel is very good to stay , like it and near where our work place, would recommend this for others

Family room is good in price. Quite far from station if you carry large suitcase

Metro link station (new Islington) just few steps away. Easily accessible to all transportation. Walking to Etihad stadium is abt 20mins away (straight line). Kettle is available upon request, £10 deposit. Overal we are happy with our stay.

Room was nice and tidy, good air conditioning. Location is really close to the tram stop, about 5mins walk from hotel. Can get to city centre in 5mins by tram. Reception was really nice, I lost my pouch in the hotels toilet and they were able to find it back for me which is really appreciated. There’s free tea provided in the lobby too. Good stay overall, it is recommended!

Have to walk 20min to city center, staff is concern-less, the bathroom design is very bad have flooding every time i bath.

Very small rooms no where to put clothes we asked for room to be cleaned but was not done

Absolutely disgusting staff Awfull don’t even enjoy there job asking for help look like they want to be there which I dont blame them at all. £10 for early check in which was only a couple hours early absolutely ridiculous then I rang up to complain one manager was understandable and lovely and then he put a woman on the phone who was just backchat I get it’s budget but +75 isn’t budget when your feet are hanging through the door of your “bathroom” hotel floods your room because the shower and sink are in the bedroom feels dirty dirty walls everything. It’s actually very laughable to know a place like it

budget hotel and don't expect much. nothing is provided except toilet paper and 3 paper cups.

Glad to have free WiFi in the hotel and self help coffee at the lobby area, Room rate was slightly too high for asian travelers as compare to the small room size, Suggest adding more hooks and shelves on the walls, may add a big curtain between the bathroom zone and bed zone to increase privacy, Staff not very familiar with the nearby environment such as supermarket or 24 hrs convenient stores, maps for guests at their reception desk may be considered
