Went here with family and the stay was amazing. There wasn't much around the location but the room was great. The staff gave us a free upgrade so we definitely enjoyed our time.

The room was nice with good amenities. The breakfast was also good. The parking was only valet. There was the garage across the street where you could park your car. Ask for a quiet room in advance, because a several venues at this area.

Good place! Close to many restaurants and bars Good breakfast! I’d surely return.

Estuve 5 días en el hotel pero el servicio fue horrible, un empleado del área del aseo me dijo que no podía fumar en una área donde siempre he fumado y toda la gente fuma, me empezó a tomar fotos y decirme que me fuera , me tocó llamar al administrador porque sentí que fui discriminado , me sentí ofendió , pensaba hospedarme 3 días más pero preferí cambiar de hotel no quería volverme a encontrar con esa persona , fue humillante.

When we arrived we were not greeted with complimentary water as other guest we saw were. Parking is a bit much, either you park on the street at a pay station or valet. And valet is 45$ a night. Customer service was ok. But even being there 2 nights doesn’t guarantee you’ll have your room serviced.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however the building is U-shaped. The room we had was inside the U and the windows looked across at another room. We couldn't even look out the window to see whether it was raining or the sun was out. When I asked to move I was told all the rooms with two beds are in the same location in the hotel. The room was only cleaned every other day, We ran out of toilet paper and kleenex and had to call to have supplies delivered.

Great continental breakfast, very friendly staff. Outstanding spot clean throughout the whole hotel.

This is a great hotel. Great location friendly staff. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and living room and full kitchen. They also offer laundry facilities. There is a great breakfast buffet included . Lots of fresh fruit and eggs bacon potatoes toast and french toast. Very good. !!!

Loved the Valet Parking. Kitchenette could have more in it, but we weren't planning on cooking so it wasn't a big issue. We walked all over from the location. You could hear music at night, but it was fun to listen too.

Parking was $60 a night here but not advertised on ******* or in confirmation email from the hotel. Hotel front desk staff were rude and dismissive to requests for other parking options. There was a church kitty corner from the hotel which fed homeless (wonderful ministry of course) but it would comgregate 40 plus homeless people around the area at night who were waiting for breakfast in the morning. Many were inebriated or high and approached my 14 year old son as we were walking across the street. The only staff to field this were the valet gentlemen who were either parking cars or listening to music and chatting with each other. Needless to say we felt unsafe here (and we live near Portland Oregon so that’s saying something) Workout room was nice and well equipped, room was clean and provided for a good nights sleep. But we were there for two nights to explore Austin and tour UT for my son. The unsafe environment coupled with the rude staff made us cut our stay to one night. Also parking cost should be outlined in the ******* advertisement IMO

This is a great place to stay, super friendly staff, clean big rooms and close to everything we needed.

Hotel is nice., breakfast good, room was great, however I was willing to pay with my Hyatt Gift Card, and they say they dont accept this form of payment.

Clean and convenient hotel. Walking distance to restaurants. Just not much to do in the area except eat and drink

Perfect apartment style room, amazing staff, nice breakfast and great location. Would definitely stay again
