Not being much for gambling, I chose this Canadian hotel because of the recent US boycott campaigns. This was an excellent choice and I loved my stay, even though I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet. I took advantage of the restaurants and food stalls within the casino itself and the pizza place was out of this world (Pizzariola?? I think that was the name). Just a single slice ($7.50) was a meal on its own. Thanks to all the food servers in the casino - you really cheered me up on such a dreary rainy day. And if the horse track was open, I would've placed a bet or two. In my room, the bed was incredibly soft and cozy and the TV line-up was also exceptional. I would've walked the grounds of this fine establishment but unfortunately I wasn't dressed for this particularily cold May day. And I loved the fact that this place was so close to the airport too. Highly recommend.

This is the best value for your money you will get in Toronto. Since most people come here for the Casino, the rooms are heavily incentivized.

Nothing special everything expensive and no pricing on some wending machines . I really don't know why they can't put vending machines on some of the room levels ? I find it interesting that you can't purchase much of anything there you mite need , not even a gift shop . The workers were great just nothing much available and please put a normal coffee machine in the room and the shower was not hot in the morning just warm .

Check in was fast and easy. Front desk was super friendly. Room was very nice. Clean. Spacious. 100% would stay here again

I was there for less than 24 hours but it was a nice stay. Everyone was friendly, everything was clean and it was easier to find my way around than I thought it would be. The direction signs posted all around are super helpful and easy to follow. I would definitely go back there for another concert at the Theater.

Nice modern hotel. Too bad there putting a resort fee. Nothing extra to warrant having a fee other than having the word "resort " in there name

Service great. Food good, but dining area too cold , 17°C is unacceptable. Charging a refundable fee without a receipt is not on when not not refunded on leaving hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Location is great, rooms are clean, parking is excellent

Booked for 2 nights. Room is spacious but find the amenities within the room is bare minimum (pretty much the same as what provided by 2 stars motel down the road). There is no body lotion / make up cleaner…etc like what other resort would provide. And the closet is so small with only 2 hangers. Overall, feels like there is lack of human touch in the entire design of the room but I don’t think the hotel really care as people still come for the casino and other entertainment. 

Confusing reservation, charged 2 times for hotel fees. Lousy service at affiliated restaurants, badly managed.
