The hotel was in a convenient location being just a 5 minute walk from Paddington station. The staff were friendly and helpful and even recommended some nice places to eat around London. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend people to stay here.

The staff were very helpful in facilitating an early check in. My nights sleep was disturbed by music playing in the neighbouring room.

Small room barely I could move around, fridge not working, and a noise like something knocking on the wood all night long , water in shower tray won’t go quick it was like semi blockage .
For me it wasn’t worth the price

The room, I was on the top floor, was roasting hot.
Everything else was fine, clean, convenient, no problems.
Just a hot room at night.

If you’re looking for a large bedroom hotel box type, this is not it. This is an old classic London home/hotel located in a wonderful location in London. The rooms are small and there is no food service. Regardless, it was clean and comfortable and quaint London hotel. As of the whole of London, parking is not an option other than local road parking. There is not an elevator and the stairs are winding and narrow. I enjoyed the stay and would for sure re book there but I prefer the English heritage over the big box hotels.

Stayed for one night only. Budget hotel, but a little better than some others. Reception/check in easy and friendly. Room small but enough for what we needed. Room clean and tidy, bed comfortable but could have done with either a thicker duvet or a blanket to add as was cold in the night (we had to out the portable heater on-perhaps not the most eco-friendly). Had nice TV with access to Netflix, etc although we didnt use, and this appeared to be in German. Lovely overhead shower with good flow and plenty of shampoo and shower gel. Floor drain didnt run away very quickly however. Had 6 plug sockets! Generally would come back, and/or recommend to others

It was amazing but i wish if the bed was a little bit softer its feels like im sleep on the floor.
I had one issue it was the room next to me the guy was drunk and loud i couldn't sleep at all but he left the next day so i had a good night sleep the next day

I had a 1-year-old baby, the room was all dusty, it looked like it had been repaired recently, the door and the furniture had white paint on it, I had to clean it myself, it was very easy to remove the white paint on the furniture with a wet napkin, there was still dust on the shelves in the closet, clear that the rooms were not cleaned. now my suggestion is to wear a disposable hat when changing bed linen! there was very visible hair on the bed, I don't understand how it could not be seen.

We stayed in November, so it was cold outside, and exactly the same in the room. There was a heater that didn’t work, there was a very light blanket instead of a duvet and verrrry thing pillows. I barely got any sleep I was so uncomfortable and cold. There was mold/first around the windows and the bathroom didn’t look fresh. In the morning after I had put water in the kettle, the tap and shower didn’t turn on. After a while we got a bit of a trickle, but as we were at the very top and there was no lift and just a tonne of of narrow stairs (was not good for my asthma), we dealt with it and then checked out as soon as we could. We were incredibly tired for our day in London after our stay. Honestly awful.
