We invited for lunch a couple of friends from Paris yesterday. The food was good and the lady who served us was great. However, I didn’t appreciate having been charged for a tiny saucer of siratcha hot sauce. The price wasn’t high but I find that outrageous to be charged for about two spoonful of chilly sauce to add to our chicken tikka. Every where else I dine, this is given/offered without being charged for condiments. This should be addressed, I believe.

Lunch from the healthy kitchen. Whole food at its beds. I had a sublime concoction which included blackbeans, kimchi, seaweed sprouts and mini eggs, prepared by angels. My daughter had the kale assembly and loved that and an indulgent red smoothy. I had a cacao and raspberry marble, also divine and we shared a flour free orange cake which was utterly divine. My only disappointment was that my green tea, though served in beautiful china, was from a teabag. For £8 I would have expected a loose speciality tea. Please attend to this.

Wow, what an incredible place! We had a surprise stay for my wife, complete with a private room dinner, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit truly special. A special thanks to Justin from guest relations, who was absolutely wonderful and ensured every detail of our stay was memorable. Patrycja and the private dining team created a flawless dinner experience that exceeded our expectations. The entire experience at Raffles was perfect from start to finish. It truly is such a special place. Thank you to everyone who made it unforgettable!

It’s rare to find a grand classic hotel that feels current and has a team of people as kind and service oriented as the OWO Raffels …. I’ve stayed four times and it’s been a wonderful consistent experience. Highly recommend … home away from home …

Excellent stay at this lovely hotel. The room was very comfortable, bed, bedding, shower, tv, lighting, storage, mini bar all first rate. Hotel personnel were great. We ate at the Drawing Room and at Kioke, and enjoyed breakfast each morning at the hotel. Dinner at Kioke was particularly good. Location is great for a trip centered on food, theatre, art/historical sightseeing and wellness. Weather was lousy so being in a great hotel was lovely compensation. I choose my hotels for the swimming pool, and Raffles did not disappoint. One of the top three hotel pools I’ve ever experienced (pools at Nakamanda in Thailand and the Sofitel in Mexico City are the others). Lovely spa and sauna as well.

Wonderful time at the OWO. Jason provided us with an unexpected midnight tour of the building, he brought the place to life with his passion and insights. Such a treat. Looking forward to visiting again to share the experience with friends and family.
