Location was nice but expensive, even we paid separately for car park

We recently stayed at a centrally located hotel in Amsterdam, and overall, it was a great experience. The location was excellent — as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit , which made exploring the city a breeze. The room itself was big enough for the two of us. As for the service, it was exceptional, with friendly and approachable receptionists who were always ready to help us. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. On the third day, we requested fresh sheets, but unfortunately, that request was overlooked and the floor was left unclean upon our arrival, marked by our shoes from all the walking, which was a bit disappointing. Given that we left early to maximize our day, it was disheartening to find that the sheets weren't changed, and the floor remained dirty. Another minor inconvenience was that we had to remind the staff daily about the complimentary water in our room but in spite of all these issues, the great location and friendly service made our experience enjoyable, though there's room for improvement in housekeeping.

Helpful staff! I accidentally twisted my foot and they kindly brought the ice to my room when I asked for them.

In town centre, please taking care of safety aspect in the bathroom, so slippery and potentially dangerous (no slip mats)…..

Very noisy. The noise of laughing, screaming, and swearing on the streets outside the hotel didn't stop until 4.00am!! I read the reviews about the noise before I booked the room, but I never expected it was so horrible like that. I will never ever go back to this hotel again. Suggestion: If you are white, you can try to ask for a room on the higher floors, or just simply stay in other hotels around that are nice and cheaper.

This hotel is lovely and perfectly located. Everything you want to see or do is easily within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Overall a relatively clean hotel. They clean rooms very late, around 5pm each day. Gym was too small is the only other negative comment. Would stay there again

Nice position right next the flower market. A bit of noise at night due to Amsterdam nightlife but overall a nice place to spend a good weekend

Good location next to the flower market and shopping street. About 20mins walk to attraction such as Van Gogh Museum. Friendly staff at the hotel reception.

We booked the family room and the lighting was extremely dim even I opened all the windows and during the day. Only one bottle of water for a room of 4 people. The towels aren’t that clean and they never wash the glasses for the 4 days we stayed there. The location is excellent as it was right at the centre of the city. However, we left a little item in the room after we checked out, the reception who picked up the called quickly helped us to find it. We are very grateful for that!

Location was pretty good and close to rail system. A lot of food and convenience store nearby! Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.
