Very friendly service by the staffs everywhere. Great location within walking distance from all the places of interest. Only wish that they have USB ports by the bedside though. This has been a standard at other hotels I have been.

Hotel is big, a bit old in general, but it was comfortable. Room has everything what we needed, it is spacious and also has the amazing city view. Very good breakfast. Tram 28 stop and metro are right near the hotel. Supermarket is in the same building.

Excellent location. Close to Tram 28 station and metro station. Presence of supermarket on the ground floor. Spacious, tidy and comfortable room. Breakfast was perfect with sufficient choice of food and drinks. Staff was friendly. The only issue was the number of elevators was limited so the waiting time was a little bit long. But I would still recommend Hotel Mundial.

I went for a 2-week trip to Spain and Portugal with 2 friends, and this is the one with the best service. Immediate response to our request, e.g. making up the sofa bed (2 helpers immediately delivered an extra bed with blankets/ pillows and everything) And quite a lot of free refreshment in the room, e.g. pastels, a large bottle of free water, a small bottle of Port wine, coffee, etc...) And there is a kettle in the room (turned out what seems to be essential in most East-Asians hotels are not commonly provided in most hotels in Spain and Portugal, but this one got it!!) Would recommend it!

Decent hotel with great location in a walking distance of many interesting places in Lissabon. Staff is friendly and helpful, every question answered with a smile. Breakfast do not leave much room for complaint. Roof terrace might be additional plus in spring/summer time.

AC barely worked. It would randomly turn off at night and we would wake up sweating. Bed was awful, very stiff. We smelled smoke in our room when we returned one day, it was explained it came from another room. To solve it, they came and sprayed heavy air freshener. Since there was no ventilation in the room, we breathed air freshener for days. Old hotel at a great location, beautiful rooftop patio. But not worth the sleepless nights

プエルタ・デル・ソルから至近にあるので、王宮や美術館通りへは比較的直ぐアクセスできます。ただし、建物のワンフロアにホテルが位置している関係で、ちょっと入口が見つけにくいかもしれません。あと、アメニティが思っていた以上に少なかったです。ゴミ箱が客室にありません。あと、ティッシュもありませんでした。そこは注意する必要があるかと思います。またWiFiもSSIDこそ複数ありますが、何れも速度が出ません(YouTubeで頻繁に再生が停止するので、少しストレスでした)。

역에서 호텔이 가까우며, 근처 이동에 매우 편리합니다. 방도 넓은 편이며, 호텔의 조식으로 과일과 빵, 치즈 종류가 다양하고 싱싱합니다. 또한 라운지 이용이 가능한데, 여기서 커피와 물 등을 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다는 점도 큰 장점입니다. 리스본에 다시 가게 된다면 이 호텔을 다시 이용할 의향이 충분히 있습니다. 이용에 추천할 만한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

포르투갈은 처음여행지라서 고민을 많이하고 찾아본 숙소인데 관광지가 근처에 있어 위치가 좋았습니다. 방 크기도 좋았고 청소도 깨끗하게 해줘서 지내는 동안 불편함이 없었습니다. 1층에 마트가 있어 물 구입하는데 싸게 살 수 있어 좋았습니다.

工作人員認真負責，積極熱情。地理位置優越，距離景點很近，而且還是很多一日遊的集合地點或可以接送的地方。價格合理

위치는 시내 중심이며 다른 관광지들과의 거리도 가까워서 너무 만족합니다!! 다만 제가 갔을때에 단체 관광객이 있어서 체크인을 하는데에 너무 오랜 시간이 걸렸네요. 체크 아웃 후에 짐을 찾으러 갈 때에도 직원분들이 아무도 도와주지 않아서 서비스는 별로였습니다. 오래된 건물이라 시설이 노후되긴 했지만 방 사이즈는 전체적으로 넓었고 침대는 너무 낮고 푹신하지 않아서 좀 불편함을 느꼈어요. 그래도 위치는 최고여서 왠만하면 도보로 다 가능했습니다.
