Anantara is a very beautiful resort. Decor is top notch and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service and assistance is always available. The resort is a beach front property with a lot of activities. This property is amazing and you won’t go wrong by choosing it. Yusef , Cintia, Karim, Sharonne, Paul, and many more of the staff ( I’m bad with names) , will attend to all your needs.

酒店比較新，離機場很近。早餐晚餐都挺棒的，樣式豐富，味道也很不錯。 服務一般，效率低，退房當天下大雨，我們上午九點多的航班離開，酒店房間里居然沒有傘，給前台打了 3 次電話， 20 分鐘後才悄無聲息地把傘送到房間對面的欄桿處？還是我們開門後自己發現的。員工培訓不到位。

衝著有個免費的小朋友託兒所the nest 打的四星~ 酒店很新,離機場也很近就是離集市啥的很遠。出門吃的按基本都要二十分鐘以上。 沙灘很棒,游泳池也是。健身房還有瑜伽跟太極課。早餐不是很合我們亞洲人的胃口~

完美！離毛里求斯國際機場很近，我們到了入境差不多5點過吃完東西就開車去酒店很方便，景色優美，人也少，服務人員也非常熱情，價格也實惠！很值得推薦。離自然橋和Blue bay很近！

酒店非常不錯，有自己的海灘，在酒店裡就能看到大海，房間的衞生間很大，酒店環境很好，距離機場很近，不錯的體驗！

We stayed there after having an issue with our airbnb. We drove at night so exhausted there and they welcomed us made sure we waited in the library until our room was ready. Room services was so fast the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable we slept for 9 hours! They even put an extra bed for our son without us asking. The shop in the resort is so beautiful with very good prices. We thank you for making our night so restful and beautiful. We would like to thank Nicolas who gave us a goodbye gift and kishan for his help and good attitude. Also thanks for the manager Tavish who was extremely professional and helpful. We travelled the world stayed in so many 5starts hotels by far this was one of our best experiences.

The best 5 star hotel ever! Villa 2 was out of this world. Our two butlers, Ashley and Nitish, were amazing and their service were first class. I totally recommend this hotel and it is also children friendly. The staff in the kids club were also very welcoming and great with kids.

I had the pleasure of staying there after landing late in Mauritius. While I had never heard of this place (I guess it is a well kept secret, like their magical swing across the beach), I was pleasantly surprised. I had a wonderful time! It has breath taking views and a warm and helpful staff. If you take the time to walk around the hotel, you will find many surprises (don’t worry I won’t spoil them here). I had a great time, that it was from the comfort of my room working on my laptop in the aircon, sitting by the pool and reading a book, or while eating and enjoying once again a beautiful view. I’ve never been one to eat alone, but I didn’t mind it there, the view was company enough! Would love to go again, Celine

The staff was very friendly, the fact that it was my first stay at Anantara i got an upgrade to seaview room, which were awesome. The food was also very good. Overall i am very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend.

Horizon Restaurant at Anantara Iko Mauritius offers a delightful dining experience with a diverse menu featuring Indian, Chinese, French, and Creole dishes. The atmosphere and the staff are great A special thanks to the restaurant manager Mr Nilanka.

I recently stayed at anantara hotel in Mauritius with my children, booking two rooms for our 6 nights stay. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received during our time at the hotel . One of the rooms we were assigned had a malfunctioning AC unit, which despite our multiple requests for maintenance, was never properly fixed. This led to uncomfortable and sleepless nights as the room was never adequately cooled. Additionally, the quality of the food provided was below average compared to other Anantara hotels I have stayed at in Oman, Abu Dhabi, Thailand, and many other locations. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms was extremely bad as we found dirty bedsheets upon our arrival, the room was very dusty, the bathroom wouldn’t be cleaned properly and this leads to hygiene issues!!. The valet service and overall welcome we received was also disappointing. The staff were not as friendly or welcoming to guests specially at the breakfast area. Despite we being platinum member of GH Discovery, this was also not taken it on account!! Overall, I was severely disappointed with the service and experience at Anantara hotel in Mauritius, and I cannot in good faith recommend it to others looking for accommodation in the area. Neither will we stay there in our upcoming trips.

We thought and researched long and hard to select a very special and memorable destination and we are so pleased to have chosen Mauritius and especially, Ananrara IKO. We were accommodated in a 4 bed Villa 4 and we had just the best time ever. From the welcome we received immediately we arrived, together with the genuinely friendly and helpful attitude provided by every member of staff throughout our entire time was simply fantastic and made our holiday all the more enjoyable, memorable and simply brilliant – we could not have hoped for a better time or experience. The sincere warmth, friendliness and smiling faces of the staff will live long in our memories. Lovely resort where staff could be friendlier , flexible & more accomodating & not having to be told about Guest Relations! The property is located in a remote area which should be noted . Certain attractions like Mahebourg market & Blue Bay are nearby & can be visited!

Stayed at the Anantara Iko with a group of 17 international colleagues. We received a warm welcome on arrival. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Ocean view rooms are particularly beautiful. We arranged a walking tour and boat excursion via the hotel both of which were excellent. Unfortunately we did not experience great weather but the experience was still excellent. All of the resort restaurants were good, we particular liked Zafran. Resort has 2 lovely pools and direct access to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Luxury Stay.
