Tuy nhiên, biệt thự nhìn ra biển được xây dựng trên mặt nước, mang lại cảm giác như một ngôi nhà trên mặt nước độc lập của Maldives. Nhìn chung, tiện nghi của khách sạn rất tốt, và dịch vụ ở mức giá này cũng chấp nhận được.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending our honeymoon at The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi for 5 days, and from the moment we entered the resort until the time we checked out, everything was simply outstanding. The warmth and friendliness of every single staff member truly made our stay memorable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful ocean-facing suite, which was thoughtfully decorated with honeymoon touches and accompanied by a heartfelt handwritten note – such a personal and meaningful gesture that instantly made us feel special. On our first night, we dined at Horizon, where the amazing team surprised us with another handwritten note and a complimentary dessert. This level of attention and genuine care continued throughout our stay. The buggy staff were always so cheerful, friendly, and willing to help at any time, adding to the seamless experience around the resort. One of the highlights of our trip was the spa – simply outstanding. The setting, service, and overall experience left us completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Every detail of our stay was handled with such care and thoughtfulness, and the genuine hospitality of the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi team made our honeymoon unforgettable. We cannot recommend this resort enough and are already looking forward to returning one day. Thank you for making our honeymoon so truly special.

🏝 The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi – A Dream Stay My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was nothing short of luxurious and serene. The moment I entered the villa, I was blown away by the floor-to-ceiling windows and breathtaking rainforest view. The bathtub faces the lush greenery, making it the perfect spot to soak while listening to the sounds of birds and gentle waves — pure bliss. The room design blends traditional Malaysian charm with modern elegance. From the marble vanity and plush bedding to the warm lighting, every detail reflects the Ritz’s signature attention to detail. Service was impeccable — warm, professional, and always attentive. From check-in to farewell, the staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with welcome snacks and fresh fruit. Facilities were just as impressive: the infinity pool overlooks the ocean and offers the most stunning sunsets; the restaurants serve exquisite dishes, especially the fresh seafood; and the spa was tranquil with top-notch treatments.

I have just returned from a truly wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in luxury. The facilities are absolutely excellent—from the stunning pools to the beautifully appointed room, every detail was perfect. And the view! Waking up to that breathtaking vista of the Andaman Sea was really awesome and something we will never forget. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member we encountered was so helpful, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect experience. We would like to give a special mention to Asri at the Beach Grill. He is such a nice and wonderful person. We felt so comfortable and grateful to talk with him; his service went far beyond just taking our order. He shared so many funny stories and insights about Langkawi, its culture, and its beautiful nature. He has a fantastic sense of humour and a real passion for the island, which made our meals there not just delicious, but truly memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel. Thank you to Asri and the entire team for making our vacation so special. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and we are planning to return hotel soon.

A big shout out to the team crews of Ritz carlton, especially Sanjanna for helping me with the check in check out and also for the surprise set up for villa check in for my wife. She and the children were shock when the whole team manage to pull off a surprise for her. And big thank you to Kundang for attending to all my request during our stay. We had a un forgetful experience. The beach, the private pool, the kids club, the programs the team manage to comes uo with, even for kids to be occupied. Its a 5/5 rating for sure. Even my children age 3 and 5 can feel it and told me “ this is the besttt hotel, EVER”

Booked seaview villa, the room is nice, and i like the bed. however, the pool is bit dirty when we check-in. Many bugs after rain. Love all the food from 3 of the hotel restaurants: Langkawi Kitchen, Beach Grill, and Hai Yan. Super nice food.

Best hotel so far. Every staff is so attentive to your request. Everything you need just give them a call, they will do their best to deliver your need in the shortest time. Room is clean, toilet is clean, environment is great! Definitely will pay a visit again in future. 💓💓

Place is in good condition even after 7 years post opening. Very big hilly place, you can request a buggy to drive you anywhere on the property.

It was a perfect stay. The staffs are nice and friendly. The ocean view with infinite pool at Horizon is breathtaking. The breakfast at Langkawi kitchen is yummy. Unfortunately HAIYAN was not open for breakfast. Will definitely come back!

Had the best stay of our lives right here at Ritz Carlton! The entry level room is huge! We love everything about the room! The bathtub is absolutely huge. His and her sinks. Huge shower area as well. The resort itself is huge. Every restaurant is situated at its own building. Buggy services are available around the clock. Though wait time varies. The service from everybody is excellent. You will feel well taken care of. There is also ample privacy especially if you get their villa. Would definitely love to come back here again!

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Staffs are very nice, attentive and respond to all our needs. Went to celebrate my partner’s birthday, the staffs helped by preparing surprise for us. The bed is comfortable, food is good, view is superb. Will definitely come back again.
