TTài khoản kháchOur first stay at hotel 66 and this hotel complex was fantastic from arrival to leaving firstly on arrival the team at the door helped with luggage with kindness and respect a great start then George at the reception desk  another assist to the business kind helpful respectful always with a smile 😃 thank you 🙏 room was excellent not the best view but it was a basic room and far better than expected and it was immaculate again housekeeping great 👍 and wanted to help ,  breakfast again excellent on the first day exceptional and the young chef that likes football making omelettes again exceptional ( wearing a black chefs outfit ) kind respectful and thinking about customers needs again a great 👍 asset to any team thank you . On our second visit breakfast was a little more upside down 🙃 as it was so busy but still you could see the team in most was trying again great . The communal areas again immaculate- I’ve stayed now at the  Ritz , Conrad , Western , and Pier 66 is miles ahead . Thank you all for making our short stay so enjoyable and without doubt 10 out of 10  thank you Angelo Ianniello and Family stayed 26/12/2025 for two nights .

TTài khoản kháchI enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The location was great. Downtown, easy access to everywhere, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over all, the vibe of the place is very much like college dorm or summer camp for grown adults. I’d definitely stay here again. The free breakfast every morning was also a very nice addition.

Rriska_ringboWe recently stayed at GalleryOne - DoubleTree by Hilton in Fort Lauderdale for four nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with some highs and lows. Pros: The location is excellent—close to the beach and shopping malls, making it very convenient for a holiday. Our room was spacious, which we appreciated. We had a half view of the pool and half a view of the dumpster, though the latter was occasionally noisy. The front desk staff was accommodating; we arrived early, and the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which we were very grateful for. Cons: While our housekeeping staff was very sweet, the cleaning quality didn’t quite meet the standard expected from a Hilton property and could use some improvement. The pool was not well-maintained—it was dirty when we arrived, and despite our four-day stay, it was never cleaned. Overall, while the location and room size were great, the maintenance and housekeeping aspects need attention to meet Hilton’s usual high standards.

DDianna CarpenterWe only booked because this hotel has a walk out to the beach off the back end... Well, let me tell you.. We found a gem that we will visit as much as possible. It was perfectly described as a resort.. Not only does it have a walk out onto the beach, it has the ONLY Tiki Bar on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. There is superb food (and I am a critic!) and the service.. wow .. lets give a shout out to Marcy, she was our breakfast on the beach server and she was amazing.. had coffee ready really early to watch the sunrise with. I would recommend this to families, couples, and group as they have all the amenities you could need. There's a high end Italian restaurant, outstanding Spa, cutesy little shop and so much more.... it was amazing. I cannot say enough amazing things.

DDutchiesDuring our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean. In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile. This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhLocation was beautiful & the room was to my liking but I absolutely believe that my experience could’ve been better. Before booking, I called to confirm if early check-in at 6:00 a.m. was available and was told it could be accommodated for an additional fee. I booked through Trip.com based on that information. When I arrived around 6:00 a.m., the front desk agent, Keisha, was extremely unwelcoming and nonchalant. After explaining that I had called ahead, there was no compassion, no apology and no effort to help. Had I known this, I would have stayed elsewhere. It wasn’t until I started calling other hotels to accommodate me that she finally decided to check room availability. She made it up in the last but After a long flight, this was very disappointing; especially for my first stay. If you have an early flight and your reservation does not have a “early check in” note, go elsewhere! Chances are less that I will return. Service: 1/10 Rooms: 8/10 Overall experience 7/10
