TTài khoản kháchOur first stay at hotel 66 and this hotel complex was fantastic from arrival to leaving firstly on arrival the team at the door helped with luggage with kindness and respect a great start then George at the reception desk another assist to the business kind helpful respectful always with a smile 😃 thank you 🙏 room was excellent not the best view but it was a basic room and far better than expected and it was immaculate again housekeeping great 👍 and wanted to help , breakfast again excellent on the first day exceptional and the young chef that likes football making omelettes again exceptional ( wearing a black chefs outfit ) kind respectful and thinking about customers needs again a great 👍 asset to any team thank you . On our second visit breakfast was a little more upside down 🙃 as it was so busy but still you could see the team in most was trying again great . The communal areas again immaculate- I’ve stayed now at the Ritz , Conrad , Western , and Pier 66 is miles ahead . Thank you all for making our short stay so enjoyable and without doubt 10 out of 10 thank you Angelo Ianniello and Family stayed 26/12/2025 for two nights .

TTài khoản kháchWhen we got to the hotel (on time), the room was not ready. We were told to wait on the roof deck. That was fine because there was bar up there. But when we got there the bar was not open. So we had basically nothing to do while waiting for our room. So we had to take a walk down the road and cross a very busy road to go somewhere for food and drink. When we finally got our room a couple hours later (no discount for the missing hours we had no access to the room of course), the room was cute and clean. There was no lock on the bathroom door. At night we went down to the bar, as did everyone else staying there, and there was only one bartender/waitress for everyone which made service extremely slow.
When it was time for sleep the light would not go out. We had to sleep with the light on all night. But other than that it was great!! LOL

DDianna CarpenterWe only booked because this hotel has a walk out to the beach off the back end... Well, let me tell you.. We found a gem that we will visit as much as possible. It was perfectly described as a resort.. Not only does it have a walk out onto the beach, it has the ONLY Tiki Bar on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. There is superb food (and I am a critic!) and the service.. wow .. lets give a shout out to Marcy, she was our breakfast on the beach server and she was amazing.. had coffee ready really early to watch the sunrise with. I would recommend this to families, couples, and group as they have all the amenities you could need. There's a high end Italian restaurant, outstanding Spa, cutesy little shop and so much more.... it was amazing. I cannot say enough amazing things.

Trước hết, họ có tính phí ẩn, họ không nói với bạn trực tuyến khi bạn đang đặt khách sạn, bạn chỉ biết về tính phí ngay khi bạn hoàn toàn trả tiền (như phí 40 đô la của khách sạn) và khi bạn đang nhận phòng, họ tính phí 48 đô la cho dịch vụ xe cấm cấp cấp nếu bãi đậu xe tự túc $ 42 đã đầy.
Ngoài ra, chúng tôi nghĩ chúng tôi sẽ nói ở tòa nhà lớn như trong hình nhưng không họ tạo ra ở trong một tòa nhà nhỏ hơn bên kia bãi đậu xe.
Các phòng không nhìn như trong ảnh, các phòng nhỏ hơn nhiều và không đẹp như vậy.
Nhìn chung tôi không thích khách sạn chút nào nhưng bây giờ tôi biết để lần sau

DDutchiesDuring our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless.
After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean.
In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile.
This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhLocation was beautiful & the room was to my liking but I absolutely believe that my experience could’ve been better.
Before booking, I called to confirm if early check-in at 6:00 a.m. was available and was told it could be accommodated for an additional fee. I booked through Trip.com based on that information.
When I arrived around 6:00 a.m., the front desk agent, Keisha, was extremely unwelcoming and nonchalant. After explaining that I had called ahead, there was no compassion, no apology and no effort to help. Had I known this, I would have stayed elsewhere.
It wasn’t until I started calling other hotels to accommodate me that she finally decided to check room availability. She made it up in the last but After a long flight, this was very disappointing; especially for my first stay. If you have an early flight and your reservation does not have a “early check in” note, go elsewhere!
Chances are less that I will return.
