The house is located on 20 acres , It's is only 9 minutes to Fanning Springs , 16 minutes to Manatee Springs, 30 minutes to Ginnie Springs , 7 minutes to the Suwannee River Trail and 30 minutes to Cedar Key , clean and a fair price . For safety reasons, DO NOT throw the butts into the woods or around the property.This is STRICTLY a drug-free property. Guests are NOT allowed to bring or use any type of drugs on the property. If found, Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and there will not be any refund issued.
