Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

This hotel is quite unusual architecture, we loved all the different spaces. When you go into the reception area, look up beautiful Murano glass circles light up the area. Just a short walk from the vaporetto stop. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the beds are super comfortable. Very quiet. There’s a cool bar/ terrace overlooking the Laguna -we enjoyed cocktails there a couple of evenings. The drinks are pricey though. Would highly recommend staying on murano for a few nights, go visit in Burano and other islands nearby, what a magical treat. We had stayed on Venice island for a few days, so it was nice to get away from the crowds. The hotel arranged a wooden boat water taxi to the airport, which was the highlight of my fabulous stay in Venice.

Although there is only a gas station across the hotel. But the location is still excellent. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is right outside the hotel. The bus takes 8 mins into Plazza di Roma. The hotel sells the bus tickets. And there are two buses and the timetable is very regular. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus. So so convenient. The swimming pool also very good, not very busy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were extremely helpful with info, in particularly getting to venice and the airport.

Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto cambiare la camera per due volte perché diverse cose non andavano, poi per non cambiare in continuazione essendo stanchi, abbiamo accettato la terza camera e siamo rimasti lì nonostante tutte cose che non andavano come: tapparella rotta non andava giù, l'acqua non scorreva bene nel lavabo e hanno dovuto sturarla per scorrere bene, il sopra cerchio del water si muoveva tutto, l'asciuga capelli non funzionava, hanno dovuto togliere una la lampadina sopra lo specchio perché il filo elettrico era fuori, quindi anche pericoloso perché c'era la doccia vicina. Poi cerano lavori in corso e parcheggi stretti. La SPA non è niente di speciale. l personale non era poi tanto gentile e accogliente come dovrebbe essere. Colazione scarsa molto scasa. La struttura è tutta da rinnovare e il prezzo non corrisponde a quello che si dovrebbe ricevere. Peccato che non ho fatto delle foto per dimostrarvi la visione delle cose, ho imparato per la prossima volta. Tutto nell'insieme siamo rimasti molto delusi e non ci torneremo più a dare tutto quel denaro a un Hotel di 4 stelle che non brillano. Se non ci credete, fate voi stessi un controllo per i vostri sostenitori o clienti e verificate se le cose stanno effettivamente così, ma in questo periodo. Cordiali saluti Antonio Politi

SSusanunikWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Service was very good, and there is a full morning breakfast spread. Very good shuttle service to airport (book it at front desk for 8 euro). Strong wifi signal throughout the property.

Pros: • The breakfast was excellent, especially the bacon and omelet — a nice touch before heading out for the day. • The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and requests very smooth. • The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially if you’re lucky to get a mountain-facing room — peaceful and scenic. Cons: • The hotel is a bit far from the town center, so it’s more suited if you have a car or want a quiet stay in nature. • The building is old, though the rooms and bathrooms have been nicely renovated, so it’s comfortable once you’re inside. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet, scenic stop in the Dolomites with good food and service.

DDavid_GreWe spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

NNEIL-DEVONIt is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.
