Tôi và chồng đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Morpheus. Khách sạn đẹp đến ngỡ ngàng, cả bên trong lẫn bên ngoài. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình - họ đã khiến kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi trở nên đặc biệt hơn bao giờ hết vì đó cũng là sinh nhật chồng tôi và cũng là kỷ niệm ngày cưới (muộn) của chúng tôi. Thực ra, tôi đã ghi chú về sinh nhật chồng tôi trên đặt phòng khách sạn (qua Trip.com) 2 tháng trước đó, tôi nghĩ mình sẽ ghi chú lại và biết đâu khách sạn có thể làm gì đó để cải thiện tình hình khi gần đến ngày đó, hoặc không làm gì cả... Vậy nên tôi rất ngạc nhiên khi khách sạn đã trực tiếp phản hồi ghi chú đó chỉ trong vòng vài giờ sau khi tôi đặt phòng. Khi chúng tôi nhận phòng, họ tặng mỗi người một ly trà nóng. Sau đó, họ đưa cho chúng tôi một thẻ chìa khóa có in tên chúng tôi và dòng chữ ”Chúc mừng kỷ niệm”, và một thẻ chìa khóa khác có dòng chữ ”Chúc mừng sinh nhật (tên chồng)” - chúng tôi có thể giữ lại sau khi trả phòng. Samuel đã dẫn chúng tôi lên phòng và anh ấy đã rất tử tế hướng dẫn chúng tôi cách sử dụng tất cả các thiết bị công nghệ trong phòng, những gì tính phí và miễn phí trong minibar. Buổi tối, chúng tôi dùng bữa nhẹ và đồ uống tại nhà hàng/bar L'Attitude của khách sạn. Sáng hôm sau, chúng tôi gọi bữa sáng tại phòng và nhân viên phục vụ phòng đã dọn bàn cho chúng tôi theo phong cách nhà hàng sang trọng chỉ trong vài phút. Điểm trừ duy nhất của chúng tôi là phòng tập thể dục chỉ mở cửa lúc 10 giờ sáng, khá muộn so với phòng tập thể dục của khách sạn, đặc biệt là khi giờ trả phòng là 11 giờ sáng. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên vẫn có thể cho chồng tôi vào sử dụng phòng tập sớm hơn, chỉ tiếc là phòng xông hơi khô và xông hơi ướt chưa hoạt động vào giờ đó nên anh ấy không thể tận hưởng đầy đủ tiện nghi. Chúng tôi đã ở nhiều khách sạn 5 sao trên khắp thế giới, và có lẽ tôi chỉ viết vài bài đánh giá trực tuyến. Nhưng tôi buộc phải viết bài đánh giá về Morpheus vì nó thực sự ấn tượng ở nhiều khía cạnh và tôi thực sự khuyên bạn nên đến đây. Nhìn lại, mọi thứ tôi đã đề cập đều nằm trong khuôn khổ một khách sạn 5 sao, nhưng chính đội ngũ nhân viên khách sạn, những người luôn chú ý đến từng chi tiết nhỏ và vượt xa mong đợi của bạn, đã tạo nên sự khác biệt của họ so với các khách sạn khác. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây trong tương lai và rất mong chờ điều đó =)

Vị trí rất thuận tiện, n*** cạnh tuyến đường sắt nhẹ. Dịch vụ tại Andaz thực sự tuyệt vời. N*** từ khi chúng tôi đến khách sạn, luôn có người giúp chúng tôi mang hành lý. Yannie ở quầy lễ tân rất tốt và chu đáo, đã giúp chúng tôi nâng cấp lên phòng suite. Dịch vụ vệ sinh cũng rất tốt, có những cử chỉ lịch sự nhỏ nhặt hằng ngày, và cách âm cũng tốt nên tôi không bao giờ nghe thấy tiếng ồn từ hàng xóm. Trong thời gian lưu trú, tôi cũng đã dùng bữa tại Andaz Kitchen. Khi họ biết hôm nay là ngày kỷ niệm của chúng tôi, họ đã tặng tôi món tráng miệng và một chiếc máy ảnh Polaroid. Tôi sẽ ở lại đây lần sau khi đến Ma Cao!

We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.
