We stayed at the Grand Emperor Hotel in the Queen Suite and found it very suitable for a family stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with enough space for both adults and children to move around without feeling cramped. The bed was large and comfortable, and the overall room layout worked well for family needs. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining options, which made getting around with kids much easier. Housekeeping was reliable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the Queen Suite offered good comfort and space for a family trip.

Lần đầu tiên chúng tôi ở khách sạn này, chúng tôi ở 2 đêm và rất hài lòng 😌 Vị trí của khách sạn rất đẹp chỉ 5 phút đi xe buýt đến grand Lisboa hoặc 20 phút đi bộ 😁 Phòng đẹp và sạch sẽ 👌 Bữa sáng khá ngon với nhiều sự lựa chọn: đồ ăn phương Tây hoặc Trung Quốc 👍 Ngoài ra, chúng tôi thực sự rất thích nhà hàng Nhật Bản bên trong khách sạn, nó thật hoàn hảo! Dịch vụ tuyệt vời và sushi và sashimi cực kỳ ngon 🤩 rất khuyến khích!

Everything is good. Nearby to fisherman wharf. Good restaurant at hotel. Vic's. Friendly and kind staff especially front receptionist. Not sure their name, but two nice lady. Walking distance to MGM, WynN etc. Opposite have some good museum, and btoh size have big casino. Also, just found that this is 赵露丝 打卡酒店。good place for photo!

Happy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

We booked a triple room with proper beds for 3 pax. During check in, staff asked if we can take a twin room with an add on bed as the last triple room available has smoking smell. Staff brought us to see the room. The room is squeezy but we sensed that the advice is to take the twin room. In the end we decided to take the triple room which we have paid for and asked for air filter in the room. Staff was not as friendly compared to other hotels we stayed.

Kỳ nghỉ rất tuyệt, phòng rất sạch sẽ. Chúng tôi ở đó vì muốn sử dụng hồ bơi của khách sạn, và thật thư giãn khi được ở đó. Hồ bơi không lớn lắm nhưng cũng ổn, nước rất ấm áp, cộng thêm có 3 bể sục để bạn thư giãn. Bữa sáng tự chọn thì không có nhiều lựa chọn lắm, hy vọng họ có thể bổ sung thêm nhiều món hơn như dimsum 🤣.

Vị trí tuyệt vời, rất thuận tiện và vô cùng dễ thương, phòng rộng rãi với ban công lớn. Khách sạn này nằm n*** trong trung tâm thương mại nên có rất nhiều hoạt động. Mình rất thích ở đây.

An absolute gem in Coloane! Pousada De Coloane Hotel offered the perfect escape. Its location is unbeatable, right on the serene beach with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Getting around was very convenient with a bus stop nearby. A bus to the lively Senado Square took about 30 minutes, and it was just a quick 10-minute ride to the Venetian Hotel. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to making our stay perfect. This hotel is ideal for families looking for a safe, spacious environment, or for anyone who prefers a quiet atmosphere and enjoys a peaceful, historical vibe. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Macao.
