We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very good and staff friendly but in the last day we needed to go to Mainland through Zhuhai train station and we asked them to help us with taxi but was very crowded and in the end suggested us to take a publicbus but the instructions were not very clear and we almost lost the train. We waited a lot at the bus stop very crowded. We preferred that they suggest other options like free shuttle bus from casinos that they will bring you to the train station

I super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and casino! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible. My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

Vị trí rất tốt. Từ bên ngoài, khách sạn không trông hoành tráng như khách sạn casino. Nhưng phòng ốc thì tuyệt vời. Sạch sẽ và rộng rãi. Nếu bạn muốn khám phá Taipa, Macau thì đây sẽ là nơi lý tưởng để lưu trú. Dễ dàng đi đến bến tàu, có rất nhiều taxi. Không cần phải chờ đợi lâu.

The hotel and room were clean overall, though the facilities look a bit dated. Location wise was convenient and near to bus stops and public transport. Also a short walk from MGM and Wynn casinos. Service was good and helpful, staff were willing to answer questions and many could speak English which was very helpful. Only shortcoming is amenities wise, a bit dissatisfied that only one small bottle each of soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, which was a bit insufficient for 2 guests. Feel that the hotel ought to be more generous and provide a dispenser to allow guests to use these products freely, or at the very least 2 bottles of each, especially knowing during online booking that there are 2 guests staying at the hotel.

A very great hotel not far from there border crossing just a walking distance. The service was great. The staff was great small and causing room but I had a great time and I’ll definitely stay again when I’m passing through Macau.

I appreciate much that they allow as to check in early, staff are friendly and the hotel room was big comfortable and nice, I highly recommend to stay there.
