Crystal Flora Beach Resort - Ultimate All Inclusive

Good one place with good food, really nice room service. It has live music every evening, a lot of entertainment during the whole day so you will not get bored for sure. So pleasurable spa place with 46 types of massages. On the area also located a lot of pools with fresh and clean water and the huuuge aqua park. All employees are so loyal for all ages, so you will enjoy it with your children and if you come here to warm your bones on the beach. Also! Beach is amazing too. Clean shore, soft sand and also a lot of water funs. You even can get here international diving license. At bar you can get a lot of cocktails and if they don’t have it on their menu they will listen to you and create what you want. And on this area also located small cute zoo of what they are taking care so good. Million of cute kitties on the whole cat and they are clean, kind to people and children.

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. At the check in we were a bit late and the lady suggested the hotel is nearly full and offered us to stay in their sibling hotel next door which was higher class without paying for an upgrade. We never heard the hotel but after a quick Google search we accepted it and enjoyed our stay at Nirvana Mediterranean excellence. Thank you.

I truly don't understand any good review of this hotel from the comments below. As soon as we arrived, we saw that the hotel will disappoint us. We hoped our opinion would change after a day. Unfortunately. This hotel has maximum 3 stars. When arrived at the hotel, we had no greeting, no information provided. Nothing. Only the queue where we had to stand for a long time to check in and get a room. The reception itself is very small, there are three windows, but only one works. A guy named Murat was scared, distracted, rushing from one job to another. No greeting, no smile. After giving the necessary documents, he continues to wander between them, and talks to his colleagues in Turkish. After handing over the passports, they said that the rooms are being cleaned now, go for a walk somewhere. We haven't eaten, we haven't slept, we're dressed warmly. Where to go? Where can we eat? Where can we change clothes? No information. Outside +40 degrees. Suitcases are simply left outside in the sun, unattended. When asked if we can get some food, they say go outside, you will find it on the right. So we found a snack bar where some food is already prepared and served - you take it and eat it. The food was stale and dry. I was trying to find something healthy for my 1.5-year-old child to eat. And I haven't found. The pasta is overcooked, in some kind of unclear liquid, without any spices, salt. Very tasteless. There are many people, the tables are left with dirty dishes, no one is in a hurry to clear them. The plates to put the food on were dirty too. The tables and chairs are different style, worn, scratched, the tablecloths were dirty. The environment is beautiful only in the accommodation area, everywhere else it was not swept, the garbage is not collected. Everything is old, the pavement is cracked, the tiles are broken. The sunbeds are old, dirty, discolored. And you won't find more than one of them available either by the sea or by the pools. Same people are leaving their towels on sunbeds by the sea and by the pools in different places. One person is taking two or even three sunbeds to avoid other sitting near by. Because of that there are not enough sunbeds for others. The water in the pools is not the cleanest. I have seen the supervisor only once in all week by the main pool. No superviser found in children area with slides. Kids goes into pool with ice cream, others pour sand from the sea into the pool, they don't wait for others to skate, they just skate on the other's head. Total chaos. The food in the main restaurant is not special, but it is possible to find something according to your taste. The cocktails are tasteless, liquids of unknown origin are leaking from the juicers. Pressing pineapple juice - water is running. The same was with coffee machines several time. There are two stony beaches, one sandy. And it is quite dangerous with small children, because it has two zones, one below the sea level, the other above the concrete wall. Tha

The best hotel in Kemer, amazing food and good service. The staff was always there, to help us., answeing on time. The room was so clean, the beds too comfortable, unlimited food, drinks, fruits. Enough food for babies from 7 months to 1 years old. The best experience ever!!!!! Teşekkür ederim

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy this hotel and wouldn’t recommend. There were some positives but they were outweighed by the negatives. It’s important to say I did raise my issues with the manager who took all my info and said the customer relations manager would contact me the next day and we heard nothing, so I did give them chance to speak with us but we were ignored. Thus was on day 4 of a 10 day holiday and nobody came to see how we were getting on, and it’s a small hotel so they had plenty of opportunity. Positives: * Slides were great. Lifeguards at the pool were on the ball. * Pool was lovely and always plenty of space. * Spa was great with masseuses from Bali and reasonably priced. * Room was always cleaned well. * Public toilets were always being cleaned (apart from the one by the pools but this is right by the beach so understandable that it was busier and mucky with sand). * Beautiful views of the mountains and the setting right by a nice beach is lovely. * Mexican restaurant food and staff there were the best - they were friendly and attentive. Negatives: * The hotel is catered for Russians and Kazakhstans. We were obviously not looking for a brits abroad holiday but the majority of the staff couldn’t speak English. One night I asked for a water for my daughter and a glass of entire vodka was handed to us. The entertainment was catered for non English speaking so we couldn’t understand the announcements. So if you’re from these areas then this wouldn’t be a problem. * The service in general was so poor. As I mentioned to the manager we were made to feel very unwelcome. No smiles from staff, throwing cutlery down, shrugs of shoulders when we asked for drinks. Especially from the bar staff by the pool and the Turkish a la carte * The daytime entertainment team were so poor. The blonde aqua instructor was so rude and screamed at my children on a few occasions. One day they let the children join in water polo then the next they wouldn’t. We asked everyday do they do kids activities by the pool and they kept saying “tomorrow “ and they never did. The kids club was no good as they didn’t speak English do my children didn’t know what was going on. Everything else was just darts or jenga. * The food quality unfortunately was one of the biggest let downs. We have stayed three times before at Turkish 5 star and this is normally the strength. It was like eating at a school canteen. Boiled meats, greasy meats, on numerous occasions we left the entire plate. Such a shame as the kitchen staff seem to work hard but the quality is so poor. * Nobody ever asked if we wanted a drink (apart from the Mexican). You have to go up to the bar to get your own drink. Nobody clears your tables so we would it out dirty plates on other empty tables and take cutlery from tables where could find it. The main buffet set up needs to be addressed. In no way is this a 5 star service. * Staff round see problems and just walk round it or stand on their phone

Wonderful holiday - relaxing, great food, friendly staff, excellent entertainment and fun pool and slides. What more could you ask for ! All staff are hard working, friendly and helpful. Nice night shows, good food, alot daily activites,has a wonderful view to the sea and mountains! We met a lot of good people and we met Deniz who we became good friends with. Very fun and outgoing animator. I would definetlyn recommend! Will be back for sure!
