Loved the location, loved the shopping centre, loved the hotel. Westin is definitely the brand to choose when traveling, and has never disappointed me. Very close to small small world. Overall it was such a great experience ☺️ will definitely stay there again!

Clean and big room with complete amenities. New facilities and a beautiful bathtub! Great executive lounge with a good selection for hors d'oeuvre and Happy Hour. Will stay again !

The hotel is very convenient as it’s directly located at a train station. Shopping center is at our doorstep with a lot of choices of cuisine! Hotel room is comfortable and the bathtub was a gem! Hotel breakfast is a good variety of choice!

The hotel is situated next to the subway exit, just a one-minute walk away, and is connected to the shopping mall, so you can avoid rainy days. The price is reasonable. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of the Shenzhen Window of the World. Overall, the hotel is very nice and I would rate it highly.

Nice comfortable room with both shower and tub and nice beds and pillows, but no step stool for small kids to brush teeth. No coffee capsules, but have filter coffee in the room. Breakfast was disappointing in selections (compared to other hotels in this class) and gave me and my kid stomachaches, but my spouse was ok. Location was excellent right on top of the Yitian mall at the Window of the World subway stop. Walked about 1.5 blocks to the Happy Valley amusement park, which was disappointing as most water rides were closed this time of year. Across the street, the Alps winter park’s ski slope was also closed since January for some reason.

Our stay at the Westin was lovely, because of several reasons. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service with diligent kind people such as Kama the room service team always generous and friendly. The pool was so relaxing and the water was so nice and warm, which created a perfect summer atmosphere and made us more than satisfied. This place is also very accessible too, with a direct link to a mall on the first floor and being adjacent to the Window to the World and other small shops and attractions too.

Wonderful location, quick to locate. Friendly staff. Clean room, convenient robotic delivery service. What I appreciate most the breakfast-the hotel has a wide variety of options that cater to all dietary needs. I really enjoyed the breakfast-Best ever!

Sherry and Patti's service was very amazing! They are so helpful and friendly with us! Offering us food and drinks when we sat down at the club lounge while waiting for our transport service back to Hong Kong. Will definitely come back to this hotel ! 😍😍

The Westin is my home away from home in Nanshan. The service and amenities are exceptional. The concierge Daniel is highly professional and extremely kind. He always goes beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay again.
