This is a residence and not a hotel, so you should not expect the same level of service as a hotel, but there were sufficient services such as cleaning and security. The room was spacious and had a good view, so I had a comfortable stay.

非洲最佳服務公寓。安全、舒適、乾淨、服務很好。交通也非常方便，設施很新，住宿標準的兩房一廳公寓。可以做飯，可以在陽台抽煙。

服務：有些摩擦但是都很好的解決，中途有一次按門鈴開得太快，突然有人進來，然後馬上退出去。 前台能夠安排我們提前入住。感覺因為是很大的公寓，所以溝通到解決有點久，這也是服務公寓的通病。我認為應該給前台的女士加工資來彌補他們的後勤人員不足，前台女士真的很加分。 設施：上樓要分兩部電梯，要刷卡，比較安全。 位置：非常好，樓下也有餐廳什麼的，很適合家庭來住，出行打車也方便。 衞生：房間裏被子很舒服，但是我覺得枕頭有點高。

環境清幽，交通便利，採買方便，房間夠大，服務親切，乾淨衞生，價格稍高，但尚可接受，最重要可以自己煮食

Amazing! The location is easily accessible and quite convenient. Loved the apartments. Clean,spacious, and well maintained. Very good and friendly customer service as well. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved! Loved! Loved the experience. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, excellent service. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very beautiful and central to a lot of things we wanted to do in Nairobi. Would definitely come back and stay again next time we come to Kenya.

A place were I sheltered from the rain. The food was very good and I loved the recommendation given by Naomi. She hosted us very well. I would definitely be coming back for the dessert,it went down smoothly in my throat. Good customer service experience.

Me and my husband had gone to visit Nairobi and choose to stay in this Hotel, the apartment booked was 1 bedroom suite but they upgrade us to 2 Bedroom which neither we asked nor the informed us, it was only after we entered the room we came to know about it We were given 25th floor, the rooms from higher floors have great view of the city and the park, the rooms are really well built and very well furnished and the kitchen and its equipments are really well stocked, apart from that nothing else to expect We had a very bad experience in the Hotel, on Saturday Night / late evening around 8 - 8.30 my husband met with a small accident while closing the sliding doors of the balcony, his fingers were bleeding and I called the Reception and told them about the incident and asked them to send ice immediately but after 15 minutes they called back and said that ICE if they provide to room will be charged room service charge which is KES 1,500 ($11.90) !!!! Can you believe it???? Had it been an major incident what would have happened, my husband went to the reception had to raise his voice even met some senior Manager but the incident left a very bad experience, i wanted to checkout as anything could have happened and due to Hotel's negligence it could have could be fatal The following day at 8.55am we asked for creamer till 9.35am when we left the room it wasn't delivered People coming for long stays it very ideal but for people coming with families or small kids or old people it's not recommended The entry to the room is very confusing and a long walk, you enter reception wing take a lift to L floor which is basically 6th floor, later cross over to another wing and take the lift past the kitchen door which can be a bit difficult Also when you crossover to another wing there is no provision of umbrellas, if it's raining it's your problem, in many hotels they provide Umbrellas to go from one end to another if it rains

Amazing staff and beautiful/secure complex. Very conveniently located, and the drivers/chauffeurs stationed here are a great touch. The pool is great, and the complex has a small mall attached so that you can go grocery shopping etcetera

I loved the bed and food was divers. The potter and receptionist were friendly and welcoming. House keeping was on time and managed to remake my room in a space of small time.The location was also fair for a business person like me as it was not very far from the airport.

Pan Pacific serviced suites is a really ovely place, I had a good stay. The staff are very kind and professional, and made it really easy for us through out the stay. Violet Musembi stood out with her exceptional hospitality. Will definitely be back soon

Best serviced suites in Nairobi westlands good restaurant, with variety of food,the room was super clean, Received professional services at my check-in from venon, can't forget the welcome drink I received at check-in looking forward to come back soonest.
